Update as dass posted the original thread topic. Flash forward to 2021 now my thinking patterns have changed a lot and i enjoy nowdays going to the local gurdwara sahib especially since the covid lockdown situation which everyone has seen and became very hard to get darshan of Guru Sahib Ji. Dass remembers that the Gurdwara I used to go to that made me feel like the previous described way and thoughts i had developed has changed since for the last 2 and a half years now i have stopped going to that one gurdwara for good now and i am happy that i am free from that cycle with Guru Sahib Jis kirpa. As with the lockdown situation as everyone has seen globally I actually miss having darshan of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jis Saroop a lot. So i am hoping to go one day soon to get darshan at the local gurdwara sahib.

True thats all they can give are sleepimg pills and sedativies to help sleep. Its really good that you have used gurbani to help it.Have you looked into sleep hygiene as they offer helps and tips.

1. Veer ji in our religion we have had gristi married mahapurshs as well as sannyasis. I give a quick example as dass knows that Baba Mihan Singh Ji Sihar Wale were married with children. Sant Baba Puran Singh Ji Kerichowale were married with kids. Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji along with Baba Kartar Singh Ji and Baba Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindrawale were married and had kids. Dass will add more when i find out more info. 2. Baba Puran Singh Ji Kerchio Wale had Bramh Vidya whilst living in Africa so it is possible for a mahapursh to become pragat from anywhere as Baba Ji were born in India and as a young man went to Africa. 3. Of course mahapurshs are always present just because their physical body is gone doesn't mean they have left at all.

Veer ji i agree with you 100%. As yesterday and today i went on Youtube its really sad and shocking to see almost 9 years worth of hard work taken down especially as the Late Bhai Sahib Jugraj Singh Ji dedicated his whole life to the Youtube videos project.
