  1. If you're gona see one match this year, watch the Champions League Final: Liverpool vs AC Milan... But........ If you're going to watch 2 matches this year... there's only ONE CUP TO RULE THEM ALL.... ARSENAL VS MAN UTD.. THE FA CUP FINAL! Saturday 21 May. Millennium Stadium. Both managers need to win something this year to take the pressure of their teams... a likely 3rd place final position in the league together with an early elimination for manU from the champions league has put pressure on the reign of sir al. a higly unsuccessful and luckluster performance in the league.. coupled together the offpitch boardroom rumble, which is about to get even more heated and the inability of rio ferdinand to use a pen has added more heat to the fire... a young crop of players coming through would welcome a fa cup victory. Could this put a rainbow to the dark storm clouds over old trafford? arsene wenger seems content with 2nd place in the league, which is in within grasp... after losing their undefeated run of games early in the season and losing the champions crown; off the pitch player probems, with many seeming keen to leave the old fortress highbury and with next year being the last season the gooners play there before moving to their new stadium, can fa cup glory give arsenal the post-season boost of confidence they need after falling short to match chelsea's billions? The FA Cup Final Match Details Arsenal v Manchester United 3.00pm, Saturday 21 May 2005 Millennium Stadium, Cardiff £1,000,000 to the winning club Match Officials (Wearing Yellow) Referee: Rob Styles Assistants: Jim Devine and Paul Canadine Fourth Official: Neale Barry Team Colours (Dressing Rooms) Arsenal: Red, White, Red (North Dressing Room) Manchester United: Black, Black, White (South Dressing Room) TV and Radio Coverage TV: Live on BBC1 and Sky Sports Radio: Live on BBC Radio Five Live and TheFA.com The FA Cup Final Match Ball: The Limited Edition Mitre Verus ball
  2. i know its abit old now.. but i think this is well worth a mention check it out: http://www.sikhifm.net/video/sikhifm_akheer1.wmv
  3. nope i was a neutral in that one.. and i wouldve hated for chelsea to win... plus.. PSV - Milan game was wikd! PSV were unlucky.. and if they had got to the final on that form they would have cained Liverpool... so i reckon that Milan were the best result for liverpool goin on that game.... but i dont want liverpool to win the champions league coz it will cause a massive problem for the FA coz everton will get 4th place....
  4. Kops and robbers By Derek 'Robbo' Robson The Tees mouth My missus watched Hustle on the upstairs telly last night. I'm sure Rafa the Gaffer was telling his lads 'the con was on' 'n' all. How did Liverpool win that? It wasn't a goal (probably), they only got into the Chelsea half twice in the second half, and suddenly they're in the final. The steal of the century. But you know how it is when you hear some crafty criminals have lifted masses of cash from a vault somewhere... you can't help but have a sneaking respect for them. The back four was brilliant, Carragher especially, although he'd better stay clear of Clive Tyldesley - who is clearly besotted with the lad. Even the Hair Band Bunch - Baros, Luis Garcia and Kewell - did their bit to shore up the defence. Well done Liverpool! As for Chelsea, well it's only two titles after all. That's got to be enough for any team. I'd like to say it's good to see Mourinho looking miserable, but he always looks bloody miserable does the Man from Milk Tray. And Chelsea do have one thing Liverpool don't have yet: a place in the Champions League next season. Can Liverpool win the whole thing? No, never in a million years. Like Greece and Porto before them, they simply can't do it. source: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/funny_old_...bbo/4493191.stm

  12. LOL! it was too nice! hahaha!!
  13. anyway getting back to the subject at hand: I've gotta say that camp is wicked.. My own experince.. i learnt alot, but its not like in big chunks.. its broken down really well in to bitesize pieces.. so it very easy to digest! the day is planned out! - if u like boot camp style.. then u can wake up like 4am! - but if u're abit chilled, there's alway 6am! coz everyone's gota be ready for 7!! u do paath in the morning... and there's english transliterations on a projector screen for those that don't understand or can't read panjabi... (dont worry ur not alone!)..ur not forced to do anything!!!.. u can sit and meditate in ur own thoughts instead!. noones gona jump out at ya and ask u to scream out loud! there's also the option to do yoga!!... great exercise!! and makes sure ur wide awake!! last year was the first time i did yoga and tried to keep it going after the camp coz it did wonders for my figure! there are some really interesting talks.. there are some very learned people out there!!.. but their topics are chosen to relate to everyday life and help each individual connect to the group.. the stuff they say is quite interesting!!.. and its only about 1hr long anyway... so if its not ur cup of tea u know that ur not gona be sittin around for hours! as well as listening to other, you also have the option discuss and air ur own points of view and experience..this is done in small groups!.. you get to know the people around u really well... and some people make friends for life!!.. im serious!! LUNCH TIME!! - dont think that ur gona be getting indian food, tho u do on some days.. there's pizza, pasta, fajita's, malaysian food, chips, salads... ...snacks & drinks are available through out the day! Activities are a big laff!! - last year there was Operation Aloo.., gladdiators!.. so u battle it out with other campers, there was horse riding...which was really kool.., field sports.. football, benchball, volleyball.. an inflatable assault course.. and there was a 20ft climbing wall.. which was really fun!, archery!! there was also the option learn kirtan, tabla and have discussions. Everyone also gets the chance to do nishaan sahib sewa which is propa boosted!! Overall it's an experience of its own!! check out the website (it's being updated regularly!) www.sikhstudent.org
