  1. Scalar waves/energy is produced when two electromagnetic waves of the same frequency are exactly out of phase (180 degrees opposite of each other) and the amplitudes subtract and cancel or destroy each other. Scalar waves can be created by wrapping electrical wires around a figure eight in the shape of a mobius coil. When an electric current flows through the wires in opposite directions, the opposing electromagnetic fields from the two wires cancel each other and create a scalar wave. And this is nothing new, human body is producing scalar waves. At the core, the DNA antenna in our cells' energy production centers assumes the shape of super-coil (series of mobius coils) and are generating scalar waves throughout the cell and throughout the body. Same way when Ida and Pingula (+ and -) oppose each other. Human body has always been a transmitter and receiver of scalar waves. As we know Human body is able to generate scalar waves automatically, we do have capability to generate intentionally Scalar waves either by pure concentration of mind or by mechanical process (e.g singing in Sangat with concentration). Mechanical method eventually uses the power of mind. In very simple terms, human body is most complex form of machine which has billions of different sub-systems which can produce anything provided one know the technique; at the core it is the Mind power or say, Mind does have the knowledge to produce anything. Scalar waves occur in 4D and the thoughts also occur in 4D. So, anything is possible: ranging from free-power-source (Free Energy) to Wish-fulfilling (Radionics; mostly used for healing); but at the same time remember that as we (humans) have NOT fully understood the working of Prana (some form of Scalar energy or vice-versa), therefore it carries the risk factor that we're not aware of. Scalar waves does have the capability of destroying the karmas but at the same time also produces more other type of karmas. Its a chain. In other words, we do NOT know what we do NOT know. At the end, I would suggest that pursuing Radionics and as well as Scalar waves/energy have NO benefit in terms of offering any Spiritual benefit; Just follow your path and let the things happen at normal pace. On the contrary intentional scalar energy does have all the ingredients required to pull you away from real Spirituality. But if you're under the guidance of Spiritual Guru, then he will take care of you; and sometimes will bluntly cut off your experiments for your benefits. Again but sometimes even Guru does NOT interfere in your free-will; it's very complex. All in all, scalar energy has unlimited potential; e.g water stored in a dam has great potential and if the person (even with real good intentions) does not know how to release water, then he could create disaster.
  2. As both Xylitol and Chatanga1 have mentioned the importance of good Sangat, and therefore I would like to expand on that. I personally have felt the same as you (mrhsinghk) but I was guided by the guides about the spiritual significance of the good sangat. You can do the experiment as follows: * Go to any Live concert of any singer/comedian/performer/sports/anyevent and enjoy the performance LIVE. At the same time record the entire performance. Once at home, try to play the same recording event. Do you feel the difference? If you've ever attended a Live concert you will immediately say: Watching and Listening Live is another world, especially if music is involved. Do you know why? Just because of the collective consciousness of the number of people. In Live concert, the Raw emotion of many people are acting as one. It simply means that humans have the capability to tune in their consciousness with another and both gets the benefit. But again, the requirement is Good Sangat which could also be found in the company of more than one at home; in-fact, the best company/sangat is with oneself (with our own Atma). But there are very few who could enjoy the sangat of self/atma, but rest of us are better off finding a place where there is maximum potential of finding a good sangat and Gurdwara is the best place (relatively) with the max probability of finding a higher level spiritual person with whom we can tune in our consciousness in the huzoore of Maharaj. At the end, it's always nice to hear the things which subtly we want to hear, but that may or may not be the truth and could be a mere illusion. das
  3. I would suggest you to continue GO to Gurdwara during the time when Lot of Sangat is there and Kirtan/Meditations are going on. Here are the very reasons: Even though I agree on the condition of Gurdwaras politics and all that, BUT at the same time, You do have the option to listen-to/sing-with-sangat the Kirtan. Nonone is going to say don't listen/sing; just don't participate anything outside. I know a lot of persons in our local Gurdwara who came in Sangat and listen/sing and then do seva in Kitchen or Jhore-ghar but don't indulge in useless conversations. It depends upon us. NOT going to Gurdwara and doing path at home sounds soo good but after a while you will notice that you will start debating on the need of going to Gurdwara, and then you will start missing your Nitnem also; and eventually you will notice that your Spiritual progress has slowed down and stopped. Basically, it is the trap of the Mind/Maya; e.g when a stranger wants to kidnap a child, then first he will attract the child with some sweets and when the child comes under his umberella, then he will execute his evil plans. Same way, the thought of stop going to Gurdwara because of any reason is just a trap because at the core no-one is stopping you to listen/sing the hymns with the sangat. The real reason for going to Gurdwara or any other Spiritual place is NOT to have the darshan of God as HE is everywhere; the real reason is the company of the holy (relative as compared to us or say higher in Spirituality); in Sangat there are always some physical persons present whose auras/vibrations are so good that it will encourage you to go higher. Also, keep in mind that in the Sangat Spiritual beings (not in their physical bodies) are present which again help us to go higher in Spiritual path. When we sing with the sangat i.e singing in combination will bring many great benefits because of the hidden-transmitters-receivers in the human body. Today, we have lost the knowledge of the importance of the singing the Spiritual hymns in the Sangat and along the Sangat; but if you study Scalar waves, Radionics, may other Universal Laws, and old traditions of Mantar & Tantar; then you will understand the Raw power of singing with the Sangat. At the end, I personally would suggest the following: GO to Gurdwara when a Kirtan program is organized and when a LOT of sangat is present. Sing (so that you can hear your own voice) with and along the sangat. Once in a while do attend the Ardas if you cannot participate every time. DO seva of Utensils and/or Shoes or any other Seva, but just don't indulge in talking; you can receite Waheguru-Waheguru while doing seva. Do this for 40 days, and then see the difference yourself.
  4. Couple of days back I was just sitting idle and thought to read about near-death experiences and came across this website which have 100s of near-death experiences from which some are quite remarkable. e.g a man coming back to physical body after being buried for 3 days, another man coming back after 7 days of physical death where one of his arm was eaten by worms; yet another man coming back to physical body after 22 days. So, I thought I will just share the website with you guys: http://www.near-death.com e.g in one of the near-death experiences, one women asked the following question in the higher realms. I really liked this; I wanted to know why there were so many churches in the world. Why didn't God give us only one church, one pure religion? The answer came to me with the purest of understanding. Each of us, I was told, is at a different level of spiritual development and understanding. Each person is therefore prepared for a different level of spiritual knowledge. All religions upon the Earth are necessary because there are people who need what they teach. People in one religion may not have a complete understanding of the Lord's gospel and never will have while in that religion. But that religion is used as a stepping stone to further knowledge. Each church fulfills spiritual needs that perhaps others cannot fill. No one church can fulfill everybody's needs at every level. As an individual raises his level of understanding about God and his own eternal progress, he might feel discontented with the teachings of his present church and seek a different philosophy or religion to fill that void. When this occurs he has reached another level of understanding and will long for further truth and knowledge, and for another opportunity to grow. And at every step of the way, these new opportunities to learn will be given. The above example could be applied to everything in life.......what we perceive/understood real-teachings or truths at this level may not be whole truth and on the next level we found another real-truth and consider it to be absolute; but then on next level all the learning of previous level seem to be partially accurate and yet on next level we found next-level's-truth and this goes on and on. But all the levels have its own importance and act as the ladder for the next level; hopefully there is one-last-level which is permanent!! e.g in Kindergarten we're taught 'A' for 'Apple' but later on we learned that 'A' was just a alphabet and 'Apple' was the symbol so that we can relate to 'A'; then next-level that there exists another language with entirely different alphabets; then on next-level we learn that ohh all the alphabets in all the languages serve the purpose for humans to communicate; but surprise waits us on next level that any language is not important for communication because humans do have the capability to communicate with thoughts; and yet on next level we learn that even thoughts are not important as everything is one and same and therefore we're already constantly communicating and this goes on-and-on....... in other words, for each level, there are certain Truths which we always stick to very religiously until the next level comes!!! At last, I'm not writing these things to teach someone or to prove or disapprove anything; I'm writing this because it feels good inside......sometimes just by writing I feel light, relieved, some burden-offloaded.....I don't know. So, sorry about my rant after the website link.
  5. When I said that the aim of all religions is to move towards HIM, it did NOT mean that there is some God sitting there and we need to achieve Him or something like that. Let's put it in another way where it would be more digestible: All religions aim for the Truth as everything else is False/Illusion.....or say not satisfied with current conditions and therefore seek something higher i.e strive for higher peace.
  6. Where did I say that it's okay to break the rules? I just said that the school doesn't server the Purpose if the student doesn't learn. Let me put it another way: Would you carry a boat on your shoulders after crossing a river? Again, I am NOT suggesting to drop all the rules/rituals as we've graduated because we never know if we graduated or not.......but we should bear in our mind that the religion's main purpose is to move towards Him, and not engaging in useless debates on My-uniform-vs-Your-uniform or my-God-in-box-vs-Your-God-in-box etc. Main aim of all religions is: To Move towards Him, this way or that way.....if we all understand that, then this world would be much better and peaceful place to live. Problem is that we miss the center piece and give stress to unnecessary things........would you buy a car (RangeRover) which cannot run but is decorated with gold.......obviously, no because the main purpose of the car is not fulfilled. Even Brahmgyanis (who have crossed the worldly ocean, graduated) does NOT drop the rules for everyone's sake; who are we (who are in Kindergarten and pretending to be a graduate)?
  7. It's simple: just replace religion with school and you'll understand. Let's say, it is very fortunate to get admission into any prestigious school but spending all the life in the same school without ever graduating is misfortunate. In other words, religion was supposed to guide us to the ultimate truth; but unfortunately we have chosen to boost about our religion and putting extra stress on the uniform and rituals of the religion and just ignored the real teachings of the religion (i.e to move towards the Ultimate Truth). Isn't this simple enough to say but the toughest thing to ever attempt practically?
  8. All the old traditions and scriptures have spoken about the practice of Pranayama with Pause. But keep in mind the very first assumptions during that time: 1. GURU (teacher who is expert in Pranayama) was must for all the advanced techniques. 2. ENVIRONMENT pollution was not there i.e Electromagnetic pollution due to various technologies, and General pollution. 3. DIET was natural and didn't involve Burgers, Pizzas, Rotis (without wheat-germ) and so on. So, in short, yes, theoretical; retention/pause (kumbhka) is The Way of reach HIM; in-fact all the exercises in Pranayama starts from inhale/exhale (how tos) but eventually the aim is to have a Intentional control over the retention of breath (i.e Pause). But in today's environment (lack of real-expert on Pranayama, lack of proper natural foods, and polluted environment), it is best to AVOID the INTENTIONAL Retention/Pause breath; unless you are working under the guidance of expert yogi. So, it's not black-and-white answer. Importance and Theory of Retention of Breath First and foremost, there is ALWAYS a Natural Pause (Retention of breath) between inhalation and exhalation and again between exhalation and the next inhalation. This is a time when the body is about to shift gears and it is a time of relaxation and openness, when the body is in neutral. Yogis exaggerate that pause to create beneficial responses in the body and mind. Obviously, the question arises, why there is so much importance given to Retention of breath. It is because Breath and Mind are interrelated; if one could stop one, then the other would be controlled automatically. The link of all life and all desires or no desires is just the breath. As thoughts constantly come to you from the intellect, so come the desires. And the moment you hold the breath (in or out), the intellect stops giving you a current of thought. You can't think; you can have a thought, but you can't have a wave, you can't have desire, you can't have emotions, the whole thing stops. As per Yogi Harbhajan, you really cannot think much and no thoughts could be entertained when the breath is retained. When Swami Rama mentioned that Pause is the Death and therefore Omit the Pause, he meant to control the pause, omitting the pause means you can expand the Pause but under the guidance. Death is separation of 2 vehicles: Prana and Apana. So, physical death could NOT occur if one understands how to expand the pause. That is the reason there were many yogis who have extended their life-span by the retention of the breath. Bottom line is: If you know how to control the pranic vehicles, you can control death, and no astrology or predictions will ever come true. I think on Youtube there are couple of videos of Swami Rama explaining how to expand the Pause, but keep in mind that those videos are meant for the ADVANCED seekers under the regular guidance of an expert-yogi. So, I personally avoid having the Intentional Breath Retention but I would love to if I came across any real-yogi who is willing to take me.
  9. If you want to discuss this, please open another discussion......it doesn't look nice either on your part nor on my part to derail HisServant's topic. So, here is my last reply; if you want to discuss this further please open another topic: I'm glad that you're talking of the meaning of Khalsa; so, for your reference here is the meaning of Khalsa: Atam Ras Jeh Janye So Hi Khals Dev Prabh Meh Moh Meh Taas Meh Ranchak Nahin Bhed. A Khalsa is the one who enjoys the Atam Ras (Gyan Amrit) – spiritual bliss – and who has been elevated to such a level that there is no difference between him, the SatGuru and Akal Purakh. It seems like the Khalsa you're referring to who has taken the Sanskar Amrit and is following all the rehit as told by our Guru Sahib. But my friend, could you call a Kindergarten (who just got the admission in school) student a Degree holder? Taking the Sanskar Amrit is the first step; Naam Amrit is the second stage where Naam is given by who has already met HIM; eventually Gyan is obtained by Guru's Kirpa and this stage is called Atam Ras. Atam Ras is the last stage of merging with God/Waheguru. The person who has reached this last stage is called Khalsa. At last, I would say, something might work for 'X' as per his stage/karma but might not work for 'Y', but some different thought process might work for 'Y' but not for X or Z. e.g all the 5 fingers of our hand are not equal but together they make the hand and help us to achieve their final purpose (which is to do the task assigned). So, instead of bending on This-vs-That, pick what resonates with your consciousness and thinking and utilize it according to your thinking. No need to live in illusion that My interpretation is right because at the end of the day, everything is False (including All Religions), only HE is Truth because HE does not change with time. HE Was, Is, and Will remain unchanged.
  10. All I can say is it is Energy (Free-Energy/Radiant-Energy/Energy-used-by-Radionics/Chi-Energy/Prana/etc. etc.), the same kind of energy which is the root cause of motion/working of everything in this universe. No-one (except the Puran Brahmgyani) could exactly categorize the types of energies at play, but for the sake of discussion; yes, it is the Chi/Prana energy.
  11. It is basically "The Energy", and it has got many different names/forms/potentials etc......so, better to stick with the tag as energy. It is like electricity being present in a wire all the time; but it could be actively used when we plug into the wire. So, energy is there, we're just training the mind to use this energy. I would suggest that you Visualize this energy coming from your Guru's image (Guru Granth Sahib Saroop or whosoever you're concentrating upon); do NOT limit yourself by thinking that it is Chi and automatically trapping in the attributes/properties of Chi.
  12. HisServant, you're doing what was taught by our Gurus; most of the people tend to ignore all the real-teaching, inner working and just focus on outer bana, superiority complex and put everything in a box; they even place the Religion (a.k.a God as per them) in a box. All I want to say is: - Just ignore these kind of people and carry on. - Do NOT let you teacher mind jump and engage in debate because neither they are going to change nor you. In-fact, it is a journey that everyone has to traverse himself/herself. - Do NOT explain anything, just don't let them ruin your flow and peace of mind.
  13. Everyone knows that June 27 is celebrated as International Husband Day. But do you know why this particular date was chosen? Translate the Day and Month from English to Punjabi and you will understand...... 27 June is Satai Jon (a.k.a Satai=Tortured; Jon=Species).....which means, celebrate the husband's day which represents their real state......The tortured species.
  14. We all seems to be debating (sometimes not upfront but very subtly) that which religion is the best. But The Wise one say that: “It is no doubt a good fortune to be born into a religion, but it is a misfortune to die in one.” it means that one should strive to go beyond the religion (dogmatic point of view) but at the same time it's good to have some set of rules. i.e a boat (any religion/institution/organization/technique) was supposed to help us to go beyond but unfortunately we've made the boat our business. Now, the main purpose of the boat (which was to help us cross the ocean) has been forgotten but we've learnt the art of making super-advanced boats which can sail all life in the world ocean but don't bother to look for the shore. And then yet there are some, who after reaching the shore has insisted to take the boat to the place. Vah re maya!
  15. Recently, I was reading the "Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda" and there is something I really liked and would like to share with you: "It is mentioned that the person who can At-Will (and for Any Number of Hours) enter the breathless state is known to overcome maya. That person could be tagged as Rishi." As Mind and Breath are inter-dependent, then we could derive that the breathless state is also the thoughtless state. But many of us, believe that we're able to enter the thoughtless state while in meditation. So, it seems like we're wrong somewhere because if we're in thoughtless state (switching off even the sub-conciousness mind), then we should be in breathless state. Most of the time, when we think that we are in thoughtless state, even then the feeling of having thoughtlessness is a thought. Even if deep-sleep, we're somewhat thoughtless but the sub-consciousness mind is still working. Also somewhere else the same pupil of a Saint was able to enter the samashi (thoughtless state) and his teacher asks "if the student has developed the Anubhava (Love for the God/Guru). He further stated that one should NOT take the technique as the goal." Having a thoughtless state (breatheless state) is the technique used to remember the loving God with one-pointed concentration; but having no Love for Him does not take you anywhere.
  16. "The Theory" which we all know is that the MAIN TOP-LEVEL real Ego is called Ahamkara; which provides identity to our functioning and is required in order to hold and retain our body, our individuality. Obviously this Ego operates on many subtle levels and has many different forms; Pride is the lowest kind of Ego which we do in day-to-day life. Now, again this "Pride" (lowest level of Ego) has many different forms. Back in home (India) there is a kind of proverb along the lines "Jo Aaan khanda, us de wich hume te hovege (Whosoever eats the food will have Pride)"; OR "Jo mitte da banea ha, ao ahankar te karega (Who is made of Earth/Mitti will have Pride)". Some of us misuse the above mentioned "Theory" to prove that it is okay/natural to have Pride and is not possible to get rid of Pride unless we're at the Brahmgyan level. While some say that it is easy to control Pride. I (see ME, I) personally think that both are wrong because Yes, it is not possible to get rid of TOP-LEVEL-EGO (Ahamkara) unless we're at Brahmgyani level (crossed all the levels) and ready to merge with God. BUT at the same time we do have the capacity (read illusion because of Karma) to control our day-to-day Pride (lower level of Ego). The main issue arises when the Ego/Ahamkara believes it is the Self. Sant/Mahatama have mentioned the following techniques to help us with the Ego: The first and the perfect way is via Gurbani: Waheguru GurMantar Hai Jap Haumai Khoee. Do not identity the Ahamkara with your-self. A good way to cultivate the witnessing of Ahamkara is to be aware of the fact that rising thoughts and emotions are often colored with either attraction or aversion. Instead of saying “I need this. Say It needs this”. Cultivate Nirmata/Humbleness which will wash away the first power (Mal/Filth) of Maya. And best and perfect way to produce Nirmata/Humbleness is do Sewa (Selfless Service) saying that I'm NOT doing, God is making me do it and then Thank Him. I personally find this as the simple but very potent/effective. Apart from the above 3 mentioned ways to control the Ego, there is NO easy way. It's extremely hard (but NOT impossible) to work with Pride. If you're thinking that you could control Ego via practice of silence or intellect or thinking to act this way or that way because that particular way is good or more Spiritual, then you're out of luck as Ego cannot be controlled by the source of the Ego......as in India there is a saying "Dudh de rakhe vaste billi nu nahi bethaeda (You cannot assign cat to protect the bowl of milk....as cat will naturally drink the milk)".....same way Mind (thinking/will-power/intellect) cannot be used to get rid of Pride. Mind itself is the cause of Pride and the source is previous bad karmas. At last, I remember one Mahapurash has given the following flowchart to attain Salvation within one Birth as follows: 1. Have Nirmata. 2. Brahmachraj (Don't see another man/women) 3. Do not steal and have Santokh. 4. Do not do Nidea/Backbitting. 5. Simran/Meditation of Guru updesh. 6. Have less food, and less sleep.
  17. Although all the Gurbani is Dhur ki Bani but the bani by Bhagar Kabir and Guru Nanak Dev Ji is always simple to read, understand but very effective and powerful to show us the mirror and to make a point. In fact, very bad for ego.
  18. All I'm saying is that: It seems like you're implying that Sunya is equivalent to Turya and that's where I differ. 1. Sun/primal void is not equivalent to Turya. Void is not independent of maya. 2. But yes, Turya (4th state) is beyond the 3 gunas. Moreover, I would NOT say that Air is the Guru of Maya. Gurbani most of the time is talking directly to us or our Minds, but I didn't see it talking to Maya. BabaJi is saying that Pavan is Our (human beings) Guru. Why Air/Pavan is Guru of us (humans): Guru Ji said, “Pavan Guru” The guide, the teacher who has the right to give you all that you need on this planet, is the breath. Breath is our guide, our sage, our knowledge. Breath comes from Par Paraa (beyond the beyond). Our life is based on the pavan, the carrier of the praana, the praan shakti (power of life). It is the Pavan/Air which takes carries the Prana to us; due to which we exist as physical body. Breath is external manifestation of Praana and Breath/Praana comes through the Air/Pavan. It’s not the 1st breath that makes the baby live, it is alive in uterus. It’s not the air that gives life, but the praana that rides on the air. We call it para shakti (power beyond power). e.g we have a car (Body) with a driver (Soul), intelligent computer (Mind) but we don't have the fuel/petrol/gas/electric-power (Prana, the breath of life) which is supposed to run the car. From all the car example the most important thing is to have the Gas (Prana) which comes from Beyond-the-Beyond and via the Air element. That's why Air/Pavan is our Guru.
  19. First and foremost, Lucky, you've touched a very good topic. It's excellent! But there are couple of things that are off. Some of them are as follows: Tagging the more subtle element (i.e Air) as easy to learn/master/contemplate as compared to more dense elements (Earth, Water, and Fire) is not correct. I don't think one can master the "Air" element more-easily in relation to its grossest form (i.e Earth). But yes, we might find it easier To-Work-With-IF-We-Agree-To-Work-With-More-Subtle-Form i.e breathing. I guess this is what you've meant in the face of non-availability of proper words, as you've mentioned that mastery is not the correct word. It's not that easy to enter the Sunya-samad/Void; the ecstasy that you're referring to as Sunya-Samad is actually like enjoying the sounds of various elements and taking it as Anhad-Naad. I meant, what you mentioned as Sunya is not what real Sunya is. Lastly, Turya (4th Stage/Phase/Mode) does NOT come when one is in Sunya (even getting to Sunya is hard). May be you're referring to sub-Turya phases which does provide the glimpse and only some taste but NOT the real one. From the below mentioned details, it will be quite clear that Sunya/Void is NOT beyond the Mind and Maya. Also, getting into Sunya is NOT equivalent to Turya (4th phase/mode). TURYA (4th state/ phase/mode): Whenever Gurbani talks about the Turya phase, IT is talking about the main Turya phase and NOT the sub-phases of Turya under the other 3 modes. It is because Turya does not exist as separate mode, it continually co-exist in other modes. The details are as follows: 4 States are: Jagrat/Wakefulness, Svapna/Dreaming, Susupti/DeepSleep, Turya/4th-State. Between the three states of the individual subjective body, waking, dreaming, and deep sleep, there is a gap. This gap is a junction between the waking state and the dreaming state. There is also a junction between the dreaming state and dreamless sound sleep and there is a junction between sound sleep and the waking state. But within all these 4 states, there are sub-divisions as follows and I'm sure that there might be further sub-divisions; after all it is a world of Illusion; not that easy to break ALL the veils. Jagrat: Wakefulness is the state wherein one is full of awareness from his own point of view, from the point of view of individual consciousness, not from the point of view of subjective consciousness. APATA shakti (Inferior energy) is present. Jagrat-Jagrat (Wakefulness in the world of Wakefulness): This is the state of complete objectivity. People who exist here are totally given to the objective world. They are never conscious of their self. They are absolutely unaware. Jagrat-Svapna (Dreaming in the state of Wakefulness): When subjective consciousness enters into objective consciousness and then loses awareness of that objectivity and lives only in the impressions of objectivity while in wakefulness. In other words, it is Day-dreaming. e.g when, in the objective world, we look at a particular person and we are not aware of looking at that person, then we are traveling in your own impressions. Jagrat-Susupti (Deep Sleep in the state of Wakefulness): When in the state of wakefulness that individual subjective body, both externally and internally, loses consciousness of the objective world and also loses consciousness of the world of impressions. i.e Externally, he is not experiencing the objective world and internally, he is not experiencing the world of impressions. Jagrat-Turya (4th State but in Jagrat): The individual subjective body, after losing consciousness of both external and internal objectivity, enters into some consciousness of Self, of Being. He is partly illuminated by that awareness of Self and becomes quite aware internally of the consciousness of Self. He moves and travels in the objective world, and at the same time, he resides in Self-Consciousness. He does not lose hold of his internal subjective consciousness. Svapne: Svapna is the state found in dreaming, in impressions, in memory, in madness, and in intoxication. APATA shakti (Inferior energy) is present. Svapne-Jagrat (Wakefulness in the state of Dreaming): When the subjective body travels in impressions and is given to those impressions in the field of objectivity and, at the same time, loses consciousness of those impressions. Here, this individual sometimes travels in the waves of impressions and sometimes travels in the waves of objectivity. e.g if in a dream you see a pencil and then, when you look again, you see a knife in place of the pencil, you are not conscious of this change. You do not ask the question, “Why is there now a knife where there once was a pencil?” Everything in this state, normal or abnormal, seems normal and ordinary to you. It is objective because you are given to objectivity and are lost in the object, which in this example is the pencil. The question, “How is this so?” does not arise in your mind. Svapne-Svapne (Dreaming in the state of Dreaming): The individual subjective body travels only in the world of impressions. Without the least awareness of their connection of one to the other. You see a pencil, then you see a book, then you fly in the air, then you are driving a automobile, and yet you are not aware of any of this. You feel that everything is perfectly okay. Svapne-Susupti (Deep sleep in the state of Dreaming): Sometimes in the dreaming state, this subjective body, while traveling in the world of impressions and thoughts, also develops some awareness of subjectivity. If, for example, you were to see a pencil in a dream and then in the next moment you were to see a knife in place of the pencil, you would wonder why the pencil has become a knife. You realize that you are not awake, that you must be dreaming. You are traveling in subjectivity; however, that subjectivity does not remain. You question and argue and then you forget, you lose this consciousness and are again traveling in impressions. Svapne-Turya: When you are in the dreaming state and observe some particular object, you perceive this particular object in the world of impressions. And when at that very moment, while in the dreaming state, you become aware, you become conscious that you are not awake, that you are in the dreaming state and, by the grace of your master, you cast away the objective world of impressions and enter into samadhi, this is the state of svapna turya. This state also is not permanent. Again, you fall into the dreaming state full of impressions and begin to dream. Realizing that you are again dreaming, you enter again into samadhi and then another dream comes and takes you away. You move from the dreaming state to samadhi and back to the dreaming state and again to samadhi and so forth. You are incapable of maintaining that state of samadhi. Susupti: Deep Sleep, NO-thoughts/Thoughtlessness a.k.a Void/Sunya/Absolute-Slience but still under the field of Maya tattva and Kala/Time. It is NOT beyond Mind. PARAPARA shakti (Medium energy) is present. Susupti-Jagrat (Wakefulness in the state of Deep Sleep): You lose all impressions and thoughts and remain in absolute VOID/SUNYA; you have no consciousness. All the persons in this world does have access to thoughtlessness in deep-sleep. While remaining in this state, you are not aware and you do not taste its joy. For example, if you have fallen into this state of sound dreamless sleep, where you travel neither in objectivity nor in impressions, and then when you emerge from that dreamless state, someone asks you, “Where were you?” You would reply “I do not know anything.” Susupti-Svapna (Dreaming in the state of Dreaming): You have some impression of being in subjectivity, there is some cognition of remaining there. In this state, you are somewhat conscious that you are traveling in subjectivity. Susupti-Susupti (Deep sleep in Deep sleep): while you are traveling in the world of subjective consciousness, the impression, the faint idea that this is the world of subjective consciousness, remains in the background throughout, without interruption. Awareness remains in the background in an absolutely peaceful state. In this state, there is no agitation. We do NOT feel the bliss but do feel the PEACE. Susupti-Turya: You travel in the world of subjective consciousness. You are continuously aware of that subjective consciousness in the background and at the same time you experience the BLISS of this state. Turya: Real bliss. This is first state which is beyond the MIND. This is what Gurbani is talking about. PARA shakti (Supreme energy) is present here. There are 7 STATES of Turya which is not discussed here. This is the REAL and getting here is no joke. The state of turya is said to be the penetration of all energies simultaneously, not in succession. All of the energies are residing there but are not in manifestation. They are all together without distinction. Many weird/strange experiences are encountered here. I guess that the experiences as told by Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji and Sant Waryam Singh Ji might have occurred here. Turya-Jagrat: It exists when the consciousness of turya is not vividly manifested. Here, the consciousness of turya is in a subconscious state; it is found in the background. In this state, though strong consciousness exists, it is not manifested totally. Turya-Svapna: Consciousness of turya is more vividly manifested. Consciousness is stronger here. Turya-Susupti: Consciousness of turya is the most vivid. Here, consciousness is the strongest. Turya-Turya: There is NO Turya-Turya mode/phase. It is also good idea to keep in mind the list of 36 Tattvas/CREATORS (including Maya and Kaal/Time). Here is the list with gross to subtle: Keep in mind that the 3 gunas are not part of tattvas because those are created by Prikrti and not creators themselves. 5 Great Elements: Objective tattva and under the field of Maya. Earth Water Fire Air Ether 5 Subtle Elements: Objective tattva and under the field of Maya. Smell Taste Form Touch Sound 5 Organs of Action: Objective tattva and under the field of Maya. Creative Excretion Foot Hand Speech 5 Organs of Knowledge: Objective tattva and under the field of Maya. Nose Tongue Eye Skin Ear 3 Internal Organs: Objective cum Subjective tattva and under the field of Maya. Mind Intellect Ego 2 Natural: Objective cum Subjective tattva and under the field of Maya. Prakriti Pursha (Stress here that Pursha is still under the field of Maya) 6 Coverings: Objective cum Subjective tattva and under the field of Maya. Limitation of Place Limitation of Time Limitation of Attachment Limitation of Knowledge Limitation of Action Illusion/Maya/Matrix of Individuality 5 Pure and Real Elements: Subjective tattvas Sudha Vidaya (I-ness in I-ness) Isvara (Thisness in I-ness) Sadasiva (I-ness in Thisness) Shakti (I-ness) Siva (I-ness Being)
  20. Day before yesterday, my mom started having gallbladder attack and instead of having Grapefruit+Olive-Oil without apple-juice; we tried FRESH Papaya (eating raw + raw seeds + squeezed juice) and it took care of her many problems: Gallbladder attack, Low BP, Low pulse, Low energy. Obviously, Papaya won't pull the gallbladder stones in a night but having read the authenticated information from various old cultures it is evident that Papaya's seeds are known remedy for gallbladder stones and the overall Papaya is known as the 'Fruit of Angels' and it has very potent digestive enzymes. So, may be you can also give it a try along with Flush. http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=47 http://www.herbcyclopedia.com/item/benefits-of-papaya https://ashtangayurveda.wordpress.com/2013/06/10/benifits-of-papaya/
  21. That's the issue resolved with 2 day Apple juice (which softens the stones) and then the Epsom Salts widen the ducts. That's the reason I say read it first and then attempt it, do NOT just perform by reading 1 paragraph. It's worth it.
  22. We've done it in our family on multiple persons and I must say it works perfectly. But there is a full procedure that needs to be followed. In order to get rid of uneasiness, 1 time is enough but in order for TOTAL FLUSH (including some which doesn't yet end up in Scans) of SERIOUS stones does take 10-12 repetitions after 3-4 weeks. Hot water is good and should be taken regularly, not only for gallbladder but for general health. Secondly, use the Grapefruit (NOT juice of grapes) with Olive oil, lemons are second best if Grapefruits are not available. Lastly, Enema and Colon Irrigation and important part of procedure but in general no one cares but after 1 flush the stones are out and the patient doesn't bother further until next attack. Here is the chapter extract which does mention all the steps (please download it so that I can delete it ): http://satgur.net/98op012_34/Liver_And_Gallbladder_Cleanse.pdf Here are some excellent books on the topic and is worth the read: The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse: An All-Natural, At-Home Flush to Purify and Rejuvenate Your Body by Andreas Moritz Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation by Andreas Moritz
  23. Yes, Five is required to move Seven to Twelve in Space. So, here is the complete (not so complete) picture for the basis of Astrology: Seven is a clue for everything that happens in Time. 7 comes from 3+4 (3 gunas + 4 elements). i.e 7 Traditional planets; 7 Major Chakras; 7 Rishis, and so on. Twelve is a clue for all things that co-exist in space. 12 comes from 3*4 (play of 3 gunas with 4 basic elements in Space). These are the twelve basic points with which everything in space is connected. It is possible to find the right way by connecting the spatial relationship of everything that occurs upon the earth with twelve permanent points in space — the twelve signs of the Zodiac in the cosmos. Five is required to move Seven to Twelve in Space. And there is always certain relation between the numbers Seven and Twelve, and that this relation has something to do with time and space. Time is revealed according to the number Twelve.
  24. From the photo it didn't seem like Baba Harnam Singh has allied with......and it seems like someone subordinate; but it might be me.....sometimes what our eyes see are not the complete truth. Secondly, I feel that the comparison between historical times and current times is like comparing apples with oranges...........currently there are no invaders, wars etc.. But I guess, the yesteryears head of taksals (during and pre Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji) were different.......their sole intention was to spread the Sikhi.
  25. In my personal option, Dhadrianwale is a very good Sikh preacher and I will not compare him with real old yesteryear Saints like Rara Sahib wale, Reru Sahib wale, Nanaksar wale, Moti Mardan wale etc. Now that being said, I've been to Dhadrianwale deewan quite a few times and he always mentions that it is the the people who tagged him the Saint. But regarding the work he has done in Punjab is excellent: converted thousands of youth to Sikhi folds, preached good values etc.................. in short he is excellent Sikh preacher but he is also human and recently started having the more rigid views (same in line with Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale). Now, regarding the Harnam Singh Dhumma, he is made the head of taksal because of political reasons. It seems like he is just player. He obviously do not hold the real values of taksal. I personally do NOT believe in so-called said things. So, here are some of his photos, you decide if this is what you would expect from Damdami Taksal's head? In this thread I'm NOT suggesting anything, just merely telling my option based upon my personal belief (which may or may not be right). Moreover, in any case, this attack is the very sad state and should be condemned strongly (with peace). The attack might have been work of any political forces or some katarpanthis/so-called-owners (who are just against all Saints).
