  6. Most mahapurakhs spend their whole lives reading baani - purely reading baani - and they claim to not even understand 0.1% let alone 70% - lol thats why i'm laughing "kehaa budhh prabh thushh hamaaree || baran sakai mehimaa j thihaaree || Lord, how can my worthless intellect, Narrate your splendour? ham n sakath kar sifath thumaaree || aap laehu thum kathhaa sudhhaaree || 3|| Despite my wish to sing Your praises, I am unable to do so. You may amend the story (which I am going to narrate).(3) kehaa lagai eih keett bakhaanai || mehimaa thor thuhee prabh jaanai || From where shall this insignificant creature start the narration? Lord! You know alone Your splendour. pithaa janam jim pooth n paavai || kehaa thavan kaa bhaedh bathaavai || 4|| Just as the son knows nothing about the birth of the father, Then how can one unveil Your enigma?( 4) thumaree prabhaa thumai ban aaee || aouran thae nehee jaath bathaaee || O Lord! You alone can comprehend Your splendour. None other can mention it. thumaree kriaa thum hoo(n) prabh jaano || ouch neech kas sakath bakhaano ||5|| O Master! You alone have knowledge about your actions. How can one describe whether Your actions are high or low ?(5) saesanaag sir sehas banaaee || dhaioo seha(n)s rasanaahu suhaaee || You made one thousand heads of Sheshnagas (the serpent king). Wherein two thousand tongues looked elegant. rattath ab lagae naam apaaraa || thumaro thoo n paavath paaraa ||6|| With those tongues he has been repeating your countless names until now. Even then he (Sheshnag) has not found your limits.(6) thumaree kriaa kehaa(n) koo kehai || samajhath baath ourajh math rehai || Who can one narrate the extent of your deeds? An attempt to comprehend your affair, puts one in a difficult dilemma. sooshham roop n baranaa jaaee || biradhh saroopehi keho banaaee || 7|| Your subtle (formless) complexion is indescribable. Therefore, I compose the chronicle of Your stupendous (Universal) form.(7) thumaree paeram bhagath jab gehiha || shhor kathhaa sabh hee thab kehiha || When I acquire your loving devotion, Then I shall describe your tale from the beginning." (Guru Gobind Singh Ji - Bachittar Natak) Khalsa ji benti - never say i know 70% 60% or 1% - we know nothing dont take it the wrong way khalsa ji
  7. jo saran aavai this ka(n)t(h) laavai eihu biradh suaamee sa(n)dhaa || The Lord lovingly embraces WHOEVER comes to the Lord's Sanctuary - this is the way of the Lord and Master. (ang 544)

  9. "siv siv karathae jo nar dhhiaavai || That man who chants ""Shiva, Shiva"", and meditates on him, baradh chadtae ddouroo dtamakaavai ||2|| is riding on a bull, shaking a tambourine. ||2||" Admin cut: no personal attacks please. You are given 1st warning.
  10. statements such as 'Nihangs existed in satyug' Which was backed up with a quote from chandi di vaaar which is set in treta yug? Lol - the blind lead the blind
  11. if you read braham kavach it tells you what you will get by repeating it and NOWHERE does it mention protection against black magic - golestan and his black magic myths.... it does mention that reading this baani invokes courage and bir ras in the warrior, wisdom in the sage, and stability in the householder
  12. "Vaheguru jee kaa Khaalsaa. Vaheguru jee kee Fateh. Akhand Keertanee Jathaa realizes that there has been an intense debate on and around the issues of Dasam Granth. These issues concern the contents, the authorship, the history, and more, and for the most part the discussions have created a major rift within Khaalsaa Panth by creating confusion, heated arguments, even violence among different factions to the point that some events have caused embarrassment to Khaalsaa Panth. In the spirit of GurBaanee of Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee, in general, and, specifically, Siri Akaal Takhat Saheb Hukamnaamaas issued in 2004 and 2006, Akhand Keertanee Jathaa has sought NOT to publicize these issues. Scholars from the Jathaa will definitely involve themselves in any Panthic gathering that the Akal Takhat leadership convenes. We commit to the fact that The Dasam Granth does contain Baanee of Guru Gobind Singh Jee, our Tenth Guru Saheb. Many have raised what seem to be plausible doubts about some parts of The Dasam Granth that, they say, are not the Rachanaa of our Guru Saheb. We are eager to see the researchers prove the facts, and whatever the facts turn out to be, and are agreeable to Khaalsaa Panth, Akhand Keertanee Jathaa will abide by the decisions of Khaalsaa Panth. In the mean time, however, Akhand Keertanee Jathaa fully regards GurBaanee contained in Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee as GurBaanee and our Guru Saheb. The Baanee contained with The Dasam Granth is not our Guru and does not in any way hold equal value to actual GurBaanee of Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee who is and will forever be the Guru of the entire Khaalsaa Panth. In that spirit, we do not support the "Parkaash" or regard of The Dasam Granth at a level equal to that of Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee as has become prevalent in some circles. Akhand Keertanee Jathaa humbly requests all of the Khaalsaa brothers and sisters to please tone down the rhetoric for the sake of the unity of one Khaalsaa Panth, our past, our present, and our future. We further request all of the members of Khaalsaa Panth to not slander each other, to not come under the influences of the ultra-extremist thinkers within our Panth because these internal divisions harm our Panthic links to each other as well our spiritual links to Guru Saheb. These internal rifts also give an opportunity to outsiders, our enemies of many centuries, to further do us harm. Khaalsaa Jee, we should study our history without bias, and we should reach conclusions and decisions in amicable and Panthic ways as ascribed in our Panthic Reht Maryada. We pray for the Chardee Kalaa of all Khaalsaa Panth members. Vaheguru jee kaa Khaalsaa. Vaheguru jee kee Fateh. (official statement of the AKJ regarding the holy Sri Dasam Granth Sahib on http://www.akj.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=...05079847ff1ac7) "some events have caused embarrassment to Khaalsaa Panth" Events such as Prof Darshan Sinh denouncing Sri Dasam Granth Sahib on Gurdwara stages but quoting from Sri Dasam Granth Sahib in THOUSANDS of tapes - can he make up his mind for the sake of the Panth? Kala Afghana doing nindya of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib and KHANDE KA AMRIT Inder Sinh Ghagha denoucing Sri Dasam Granth Sahib, Naam Simran and saying that Guru Nanak ate Halaal. Do you see a correlation? The same BEMUKHS denoucing Sri Dasam Granth Sahib also denouncing Khande Da Amrit, Naam Simran and saying that Guru Nanak Paatshaah ate Halaal!!! Dasam Granth cynics attacking the rest of the panth >>> http://www.panthic.org/news/125/ARTICLE/3954/2008-03-13.html "In the spirit of GurBaanee of Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee, in general, and, specifically, Siri Akaal Takhat Saheb Hukamnaamaas issued in 2004 and 2006, Akhand Keertanee Jathaa has sought NOT to publicize these issues. " Has the AKJ not read the most recent Hukamnama. I suggest they all click on the following link and WAKE UP >>> http://www.santsipahi.org/patshahi10/akaltakhatsahib.html This Hukamnama is CLEARLY stating that all Gurmukhs who follow the Sri Akaal Takht Sahib MUST rebuff the BEMUKHS arguments against the holy Sri Dasam Granth Sahib. This Hukamnama is telling panthic scholars to do parchaar in support of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib but the AKJ want them to keep quiet? ---> Is it because THEY HAVE NO FAITH IN GURBANI and NO FAITH IN THE SRI AKAAL TAKHT SAHIB? Have the AKJ forgotten when they took a stand against Prof Darshan Sinh >>> http://www.punjabheritage.org/manuscripts/...tani-jatha.html Have the AKJ forgotten visiting two conclaves in India supporting Sri Dasam Granth Sahib? "The Dasam Granth does contain Baanee of Guru Gobind Singh Jee" The above statement is clearly stating that the AKJ believe that some part of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib are not Guru Gobind Singh Ji's Baaani.... Again AKJ have decided to pick and choose Gurbani which they do and don't like! - BEMUKHS "Many have raised what seem to be plausible doubts about some parts of The Dasam Granth that, they say, are not the Rachanaa of our Guru Saheb. We are eager to see the researchers prove the facts" Plausible doubts - this means the AKJ believe that these doubts are worth considering and that they even believe some of thoughts of bemukhs such as Kala Afghana, Inder Sinh Ghagha and other Bemukhs... The AKJ are EAGER to see the holy Baaani of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji our tenth master who gave everything for his beloved panth DENOUNCED and CURSED by Bemukhs. "Akhand Keertanee Jathaa will abide by the decisions of Khaalsaa Panth" The AKJ don't stand with the panth on the issue of 1) Nitnem 2) Amrit Sanchaar Maryada 3) Kurehats 4) Kakkars So what guarantee is there that the AKJ will stand by the Panth on this issue? A Gursikh who has taken Amrit from Sri Akaal Takht Sahib cannot sit with AKJ's in their secret Naam Simran sessions - yet the AKJ are so panthic - PATHETIC "Akhand Keertanee Jathaa fully regards GurBaanee contained in Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee as GurBaanee" And what about Raagmala Sahib? "The Baanee contained with The Dasam Granth is not our Guru and does not in any way hold equal value to actual GurBaanee" So the Baani of the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib is not in ANYWAY equal to 'actual' Gurbani... Then why use Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Baani for your ardas? Then why use Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Baani for your Amrit Sanchars? Then why use Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Baani for your Rehat Maryada? Does a Gutka of Jap Ji Sahib require more respect than a Gutka of Jaap Sahib? This statement is saying that the Baani of Sri Dasam Granth is not 'actual' Gurbaani - so if its not Gurbani then what is it? "we do not support the "Parkaash" or regard of The Dasam Granth at a level equal to that of Sri Guru Granth Saheb Jee as has become prevalent in some circles." 'Some circles' such as the Jathebandis which run back to Guru Sahibs time - Taksaal, Nihang Singhs, Nirmalas, Udasis, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, Takht Sri Hazur Sahib. The Maryada of Parkash hasn't 'BECOME PREVALENT' - it's an ancient maryada amongst the Jathebandiya listed above. The AKJ have denounced these puratan sampardas as 'some circles' however they themselves have only been around for the last 60 years... "Akhand Keertanee Jathaa humbly requests all of the Khaalsaa brothers and sisters to please tone down the rhetoric for the sake of the unity of one Khaalsaa Panth" The definition of the word rhetoric can be found on http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/rhetoric. The AKJ are saying that people who do parchar in support of Sri Dasam Granth are playing politics and that they should give up their stance for the sake of panthic unity. Maybe we should give up our views about Sri Guru Granth Sahib to keep unity with the Nirankaaris - thats creating unity. Maybe we should give up our views about Sri Guru Granth Sahib to keep unity with the Namdharis- thats creating unity. Maybe we should give up our views about Sri Guru Granth Sahib to keep unity with the Radha-swamis- thats creating unity. Maybe we should give up our views about Sri Guru Granth Sahib to keep unity with the Sacha Sauda- thats creating unity. Those who are standing up for their fathers words are playing politics? Remember Khalsa ji - Kala Afghana, Ghagha and their cronies are OUT OF THE KHALSA PANTH just like the NIRANKAARIS, RADHASWAMIS ETC. Anyone or any jathebandi who supports the views of these BEMUKHS should be boycotted by Gursikhs who love the Khalsa Panth. Are the AKJ saying we should sacrifice Sri Dasam Granth for unity with these Bemukhs? Should we also give up our Kesh for unity with patits? Should we give up our dastaars? Should we give up the words 'miti musulmaan ki' for unity with the muslims? Should we give up the words ' Hindu Anna' for unity with the Hindus? How can we pick and choose what is Gurbani? "the influences of the ultra-extremist thinkers" Ultra extremists are Singhs who stick to the words of their father, Guru Gobind Singh, Ultra extremists are Singhs who won't let anyone dishonour their father, Guru Gobind Singh, Ultra extremists are Singhs who will not tolerate the nindya of Sri Dasam Granth Sahib. "We pray for the Chardee Kalaa of all Khaalsaa Panth members." When you pray will you do ardas? Because the beginning of the ardas comes from Sri Dasam Granth.... It is so dissappointing to see this press release from the AKJ - 30 years after Mahaan Shaheed Bhai Fauja Singh gave his life for his father Guru Gobind Singh members of the AKJ have started this Maha Nindiya of Guru Ji. A part of me doesn't even believe this has come from the top AKJ leaders - if this is the official stance of the AKJ can we have a signed letter by Jathedar Raghbir Singh or authorities from India? All I can say is... "sathigur kee baanee sath sath kar jaanahu gurasikhahu har karathaa aap muhahu kadtaaeae || O GurSikhs, know that the Bani, the Word of the True Guru, is true, absolutely true. The Creator Lord Himself causes the Guru to chant it." (taken from Sikhsangat forum)
