What a Baahanaa this is. That's because you and other low level Kala Afghanist foot soldiers have lost so badly on Sikh Awareness. So now you no longer have "time" to debate.

One who sings sufi music is not necessarily a Sufi himself. So expecting sufi type qualities from a man who is not sufi but happens to sings sufi music is too much to ask for from that man. I mean, Sartaj is an entertainer and professor in Sufi music but let us not confuse him for being a real sufi. The work he is doing for Punjabi music is good work. Music itself has a huge influence on culture. Finally we have a singer from east Punjab who is making a positive contribution to Punjabi culture. I would gladly pay $100 to listen to Sirtaj than the trashy type of Punjabi singers of great fame we have who have a negative influence on Punjabi culture.

The Muslim guy should know better than to mess around with a Sikh girl. I hope he gets caught by the girl's family.

London Dha Jatt Jee, were you a Jatt in all your previous lifetimes? can you say for certain that you were even a Punjabi in your previous lifetimes? for all you know, you (like me) could have been a Chura or Chamar or Chandaal or Brahmin or even a Chinese man or woman? This body is very temporary which we(Soul) wear and discards like cloths. The body and the caste associated with the body will eventually become ash. Then your soul (based on it`s karmas) will get another body which for all we know might not even be a body belonging to the Jatt caste. So what use it is being proud of being Jatt? If you need to be proud, then feel proud of our Gurus, Bhagats and Shaheeds and try to emulate their extraordinary Jeevans.

With the exception of Bhagat Dhana Jee, none of the Bhagats were Jats. As a humble Sikh would you not sacrifice yourself just to get a chance to bow to the charan dhoor of Bhagat Kabir Jee (a Julaha) or Bhagat Ravidas Jee (a Chamar) or would your proud Jattness prevent you from doing that?

Harjas, according to you, even the Dasam Granth was changed/edited by the British (without any proof from you!). So it seems strange that you are quoting from Dasam Granth when it suites you and disregard it when it rejects your Hindu Avatars.

You also mentioned the Shaheedi of the Gurus. The 9th Guru would have sacrificed in defence of any faith if they were in the position of what the Kashmiri Pandits were in. Guru Nanak Dev Jee rejected the wearing of janjuu, yet 9th Guru knowing this ithihas, still willingly sacrificed himself for the wearers of the Janju since that is what Sikh faith is about. It is ironic that in 1984 anti Sikh riots, Hindus shamelessly attacked Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Delhi which commemorates the Shaheedi of the 9th Gurus.

No matter how much you try to change and reshuffle history to suite your Hindutva agenda, it will not change that fact that caste system, secondary status of women is a part of Hindu Dharm. This is how it was during the times of our Gurus, and this is still how it is today.

Mithar got a reaction from jaikaara in Exploring Ram Katha In Dasam Granth
Not just the story of Vishnu's avtars, it is said that Dasam Patshah and his poets had translated nearly all the granths of India, but most of it was all drowned in the river. The remainder was collected together into the Dasam Granth. Sarbloh Granth also seems to be Dasam Bani which it seems must have been independently collected and compiled into a single volume granth, it's history is still unknown to us.

Apart from many translations that Dasam Patshah did of Hindu Granths, he also seems to have added his own "flavour" to the stories so it cannot be said to be 100% pure translation of the original Sanskrit Granth.
