Jaanahu Joth N Pooshhahu Jaathee Aagai Jaath N Hae

    Recognize the Lord's Light within all, and do not consider social class or status;

there are no classes or castes in the world hereafter.

This is beautiful. If I was to attempt a more literal interpretation it would be something like this.

      ਜਾਣਹੁ ਜੋਤਿ ਨ ਪੂਛਹੁ ਜਾਤੀ ਆਗੈ ਜਾਤਿ ਨ ਹੇ

Recognise the light, don't ask about caste, there is no caste ahead.

  2. Hey guys, I'm still here lol, just been really really busy with work. Hope to contribute more in the New Year.

  3. You said once on your post that you linked Sri Gur Katha but I can't find it, can you send it here?

I would like to read the gurmukhi version.

I haven't found the Gurmukhi version myself, I had an English translation. That being said, even the Gurmukhi is purportedly a translation/transcription(?) of some now apparently lost Bhattachari original. We are talking about the text that is commonly associated with Bhai Jaita Singh aren't we?

  4. Good to see @paapiman back.

Do an ardas, and you'll get it surely?!?!?

It'll help so many people, it could be your saving grace.

  5. Gurfateh to everyone on the forum. Very sorry I haven't been on as much as I should have. Not going to lie, I have just been playing Black Ops Zombies a lot recently. Hopefully in the New Year I will start contributing a lot more. Happy New Year to you all.

When you're ready, maybe jump back on that CP thread? Beats sitting around in your kashera playing Space Invaders! lol (joking!!)

Nephew had it as well, looked really bad at one point, but he pulled through. People gave me a recipe they used for him, I will post it later.

Good to hear from you. Have you fully recovered from the covid?

  7. Fateh to all brothers and sisters. Sorry I haven't been on the forum for the last two months.

I caught this dreaded Coronavirus, and had an extremely torrid time for almost 3 weeks. Am recovering from that now, praise be to the Creator.

It was late last night, feeling better now. The busier you keep your mind and body the better. Just done a few minutes skipping in the garden earlier. We should appreciate that it is a beautiful sunny day. I watched some videos about vitamin D and how it helps to fight off respiratory diseases. So get some sun on your skin folks! Low vit D levels might also explain why (according to some) ethnic minorities are having more complications from the virus, although this could be propaganda?

  11. Waheguru !

No one should be abusing anyone. These things don’t look good on the front page of a Sikh platform. I don’t know the inside story. By abusing others we are only doing damage to ourselves mentally and physically.  Krodh is a very tricky vice, it can attack unexpectedly.
External situations should not influence one’s internal state.

And all of you above remember that Jabudhoos outbursts started solely because I responded to his attack on KDS as someone trying to push some nefarious agenda because KDS supported certain newly imposed rules in India. Whatever KDS's political stance, he has been a valuable member and contributor for many years, and provides useful (and in my opinion, needed) intel from a backhome perspective. When I simply pointed out that Jabewakoof does exactly what he is accusing KDS of, he had his 'breakdown'. Now anyone else would've responded to my comment within that thread in whichever way they wanted (you all know I'm not the excessively sensitive type - whatever he had to say, he is entitled to), but Jageera went and trolled a hundred threads over it - and all revolving around some really weird racial phallocentric thing????? Remember, this is no big deal for me, and I will comment and contribute like I have always tried to. And for the record (and I've said this before!) I don't think Jageera is an apna, I think he may be a sullah troll? And I think the last thing any of us are concerned about right now is the pressing danger of (in his own words) 'negro lunds'.

@moorakhI know you won't be abusive for no reason- "

Ask his family if this is true. To his credit, he did pretty much admit to having this as a problem when he first started posting here. He might be bipolar?

What he is saying is no big deal, but jumping onto multiple threads. like Jadungar did was weird, he could have kept his kalah phallocentric obsession to one thread. lol

Given people are on lockdown now, more are likely to visit the forum. Seeing Jafudhus implosion isn't exactly going to give any feeling of solace to new visitors. But as I said previously, better he gets his poison out here than towards vulnerable members of his family.

I just think he shouldn't ruin multiple threads, and should contain his outbursts in one thread.

New year/decade! Want to hit it right with diet, plans, training, skills development, spiritual growth, economic growth, discipline, learning and networking.

Here's a big middle finger (in advance!) to all the individuals, organisations and cultures that will try and act (unsuccessfully) like jealous restricting bitches to my plans. Screw you and watch me fly.

Yes, things can get on top, but as a bloke I think it's better not to cry too much. You want to retain some sense of masculinity and stoicism. Just my opinion.

It's shocking how when situations go your way unexpectedly and grace lifts you up, people who you thought had your back (as they did when you were down for a bit), suddenly change and start very acting resentfully (in a low key passive way).

Human nature can be a strange thing.

They were in Heat together too. This film is bigger though, shines light on long term mysteries: Like who killed Hoffa and why? Who killed JFK and why. The background to the Cuban crisis. How brutal war experiences can turn people into psychopathic hitmen. Family relationships. The relationship between government and organised crime.
