if you want to know about why singhnia should wear a dastaar which is a silly thing to even want to find out because the answer is clear as daylight khalsa was made for guru sahibs sikhs no where does it say guru sahibs sikh is a man therefore he is reffering to both female and male. would a panj allow some guy with his hair in a pony tail to take amrit? no why should it be different for females? btw dont ask anyone on here most are sexist nangs who dont know the first thing about sikhi and just like to eat kfc and get high on their homemade bhang.
