    Have seen the Pearl video, its absolutly horrid. They made him talk about himself and his family too. Then kill him and hold the head up too. I wished I had not looked, it stays with me.

    women dont just give birth, it needs men for that too, you cant reduce people to one function, as there are infertile people, or are they all third gender? is a person who does not accept such roles third gender?     Thats what the muslims say, so does that give anyone the right to prescribe roles and dress? I mean equal opportunity, not equal worth in the eyes of God.

    Well, I noticed that faiths that have seperate dress codes also have strong gender separation and often prescripe different roles for them. In other words , no equal opportunity

    Buddhism is more of a philosophy, or a set of techniques to use for meditation. All the worship was added later, Buddha was a human being who taught a way to leave the wheel of karma

    hi, I was interested in Islam , too. But islam is not unity, you have sunni, shia, sufi, wahabi, etc And often they cant stand each other. Islam also clearly prefers men , women are supposed to be mothers only. So that and the view on afterlife threw me off islam
