Many times we say that this is not Sikh way its Bipranvad , can we discuss what is Bipranvad as per Gurmat.

Maybe someone who does as the Biprans, Bipran ke reet (copying the Biprans). So if it is brahmin then it is the same as Brahminvad

You are probably wondering what "Bipran Ki Reet" is and what is has to do with Sikhism. Well, the answer is very simple. Bipran Ki Reet is a phrase which refers to the Principles of Brahmins or of the Hinduism. The phrase itself is derived from two words: "Bipar" meaning Brahmin and "Reet" meaning principle. Combined these two terms make Bipran Ki Reet which is used as a reference to a distancing from Sikh principles and some sort of following of mindless rituals.

So in other words following Bipran Ki Reet is going away from Sikhi. Most people know the most common practices of Hindus such as idol worship but there are many other that we overlook. Every Sikh should know what it is and you can only become true Sikh if you follow teachings of Gurus but not Hindus. Guru Gobind Singh Ji said:

Bro, Bipran kee reet refers to any activity contrary to Gurmat. Bipran means opposite. It does not mean; the ways of the Brahmins.

Below is a great article explaining Bipran kee reet, in details.

Can someone listen to this audio and translate bipran ki reet. This audio is from sant gyani gurbachan singh bhindranwale katha:

https://soundcloud.com/gurmat-parchar/meaningofbiparankeereeth

Sant jee is talking about Pooja Dhaan as being Bipran kee reet. He says that the money from Gurudwaras should be used to help orphans, poor, etc.

Waheguru jee kaa Khalsa

Waheguru jee kee Fateh

It is when ksytria lay down their arms and pretend to be bramins. I.e in west up there are Sikhs sitting in gurudawaras reading bani discussing whether meat is allowed, and if using alcohol to disinfect a wound makes them apostates. Meanwhile in the next village some low caste girl is being targeted by gangs of Muslims because the upper castes are too caught in materialism to do their duties.
