Have you guys heard of trifula choorun? It is meant to help balance these 3 things.

You know there are listtt of benefits of Triphala.But all depends upon how we are using it.Even it's said that it can heal any disease,but all depends upon the use of basic ingredients in adequate ratio.

Apparently the olaa works on kuff, the bahaayraa on pith and huradhe on vuh.

Heard about this recipe:

 

250 g methi seeds

100 g ajawein

50 g kali jiri

Dry roast lightly. cool and then grind. Take 1 teaspoon before bedtime. 

 

Not heard of kali jiri before. Anyone know anything about it?
