A Muslim who has gyan isn't all of a sudden going to start worshipping Ram and chanting "Ram, Ram". Bhikhan ji's bani makes it clear that he is not a Muslim.

Only two shabads of Bhagat Bhikhan jee are in Gurbani. He has used the word "Ramrai" only once in those shabads. You cannot conclude from that, he was not a practicing Muslim (before reaching Brahamgyan) or he did not chant Allah Allah.

Do you have any other evidence to suggest that he converted to a Vaishnav?

In essence, it does not matter, whether a particular Bhagat was a Vaishnav or a Muslim. All the Bhagats in Gurbani reached the level of a Gurmukh Brahamgyani and become one with the Almighty Lord, Sri Waheguru jee.
