veerji, in regards to jogi with specific tatta dha dhian dharne in different places of their body, it seems entirely feasible. I am not sure we could do this through gurmat because the only naam that we are given to do dhiana on is hari parmatma satnaam sri vahiguru da naam.. i don't think guru gave us this naam anywhere in sri guru granth sahib ji ..... various name of pani, or pavan that we could do saadna of... but i think if we keep japping satnaam sri vahiguru that the gian of these will open up... just like in Sri Anand Sahib.. vajaiya vaja POUN nouh dware parget kiya dasva gupt rakhiya.....  so it is not entirely against gurmat to do dhian or be cognizant of poun...   waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fatehhh

Can someone please explain the above in more details?

Have a look at the below thread if you don't understand.

Five Tat realization and mastering is the key to conquering Maya in it's completeness. Why did Guru Nanak ji's body vanish and couldn't located?  .. because Satguru ji was able to completely dissolve his 5 tat maya sareer,  into maya itself, by his own will.

Many ancient zen masters have done this as well, and this is how they can do stuff like walk on water, disappear into fire ..etc...all at their own will....... because they've conquered those elements of water and fire.

One of the ways to conquer these tats is by doing Jaap (or Mantar Sidhi) of specific shabads. Like for example, if you want to fly you will need to have some sort of control on the air element. There is a shabad for that in Gurbani. Please have a look below.

Is that the full shabad?

Does anyone find irony or similarity between nature of space element and nature of atma/chetna how they are both vast and expansive. Space element nature is used again and again to describe chetna and used in meditation as reference point as we can all relate to five elements outside. Whatever is outside and is inside as per gurbani of bhagat pipa in sri guru granth sahib ji

Yes, i do find it ironic!

I think that there would be No creation without Consciousness. This is the driving force behind all that exists outside advait boundary of Nirankar.  Goal is to go back to Advait Nirankaar by going backwards in cycle. ie. dissolve consciousness ->>>into -->Atma-->>into-->>>Paramatma

Very simple Chote Daas Jee, to conquer these tats, as well as any other obstacles, be them of any type/nature between us and Him, including maya, man or even Kal Purukh, just do the simran of His Naam, Wahiguru Akal Purukh.

Prabh Ka Simran, garb na baseh.

This one verse of  just 6 words of Guru Jee, by itself, is the essence of Gurmat or any spirituality.  The wisdom of Guru Jee is the only True gyan, which can make us rise, from the level of Brahm, of maya, to His level of Consciousness, Paarbraham, Paree Puran Parmatma, Wahiguru Akal Purukh..

Sat Sree Akal.
