It's a grammatical form of the root "karaa" ie to do something. To perform or do something. Like Karta Purakh is the performer/doer. I read it as the power/essence behind the physical deed of performing an action. The namaskaar before hand is to the talwaar that symbolises power/shakti - so this namaskaar is to the force behind the talwaar.

Thanks for the info bro.

Have you come across this word in any other scripture?

Bhul chuk maaf

@dalsingh101 You were asking about translating something together. Do you want to look at this ? It's short but looks intense!

Looks intimidating.

Have to psyche myself up for it.

It'll give us something to do over xmas. Any particular strategies you want to employ for the endeavour?

Brushing up on sanskrit would help.

'Brushing up' I don't know any.

I think maybe we should start by typing the whole thing out first?

Looks like we are going to be sticking the majority of words in search engines for a start.

Give us some context too. Why did you choose this particular section for focus. Any particular reasons?

@chatanga1

I don't know Sanskrit like that!

Okay, we'll split it up in half and I'll type up half and you can type up the other half?

I can tell this is going to get deep into Indic mythology and allegory btw (well I think it will).

It's only trying to improve my knowledge and language skills mate. You can find most of mine in the Literature section of this forum.

I had you in mind when choosing it.

Why was that then?
