This anecdote will illustrate that a Brahamgyani can be recognized by his state of mind. A devotee came to meet Bhagat jee, but he is informed by Mata Loi jee (wife of Bhagat jee) that Bhagat jee has gone away to attend the cremation ceremony of a person. The devotee asks how will recognize him, as he had never seen him before. Mata jee gives him a clue.
