Can you translate this into english. I am learning how to read gurmukhi but im only on the letters.

Guest jee, it is not even easy to read the above document, as it is in Larrivaar style (continuous writing without spaces). Translation comes after that step.

The first line reads "ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਅਪਰੋਕ ਵਸਤੁ ਆਤਮਾ ਹੈ  " does this mean "the soul which is visible". What do you think this means? What does aprok mean?

The 2 nd line reads "ਤਿਸੁ ਕਉ ਪਰੋਖ ਜਾਨਣਾ " which means "recognise this as visible".

Any ideas?

ਅਪਰੋਖ - means perceivable. ਪਰੋਖ is its opposite. These terms are used as adjectives for Gyan too, i.e. Aprokh and Prokh Gyan.

Thanks for the correction. WOuld you translate it as follows:

The soul which is an eternally perceivable thing, recognise it as unperceivable.
