Which foods have these female hormones in abundance?

Bhul chuk maaf

Dairy and meat products contain high levels of oestrogens because animals are injected with them regularly to produce more milk and  meat. Pulses and legumes contain high levels of oestrogens too through fertilisers and GM seeds. Anything packaged in plastics are very high in free oests/rads which circulate in the bloodstream and causes damage to our sexual orientation, we start thinking we are not who we are and associate with the opposite sex accordingly. So, say, if you were born as a boy your judgement will be affected in such a way that will convince you that you are really a girl in a boy’s body, even though you look like a boy from every angle. This can shock your parents in a very serious way which can almost drive them to kick you out of their house, believe you me! So, watch what you eat and don’t let these unnecessary hormones enter in your food chain if you can help it. Grow your own vegetables, lentils and legumes and rear your own cattle for good quality meat and dairy. I would stay clear of chickens for their meat or eggs because they can infect humans with bird flu!

Did you think you was a girl for a bit or something?

Soya is another phyto-estrogen and should be consumed sparingly, and not by the bucket load as certain veggies are prone to do.

Bumping this up. Agree food likely has a role.

But more so is the influence of media and laws which are anti-masculine. Also, parents are 'softer' now, slapping etc was accepted in the past. Kids are spoilt. Schools fill their mind with feminist stuff. Reduced need for physically challenging jobs. Men walking and 'training' less because of cars and electronic media so they stay indoors

Other stuff too which I cannot exactly remember now.

Bro, even when a lot of young guys train these days, they are doing it mainly for aesthetic appearance like jananis (!) and not for strength and to help protect themselves/family/community.

What training did you do/have you done when younger ?

I would PM you, but your function for that is off. To ask about places to train. I'm likely only 10-15 miles from you

In the Gurdwara when young (80s)  they used to teach Karate to kids (presumably as a reaction to the race attacks and bullying that were common), then later kickboxing, then Wing Chun was also practiced - then brothers got a gym going on.

I only train at home now with weights (and that's when I do). So I'm not sure where you could train these days.

If you have any further thoughts, let me know

I cannot travel through the Blackwall Tunnel currently as my car is not ULEZ compliant, but would consider somewhere in E London

Goodmayes Singh Sabha has a really good gym (when I last went a few years ago), that'll be a good bet for you. Find out what days you can go there. I think some days might 'broads only' days?

@Premi

If you come to ends veer, don't ask too many questions (you'll look like an informant or not streetwise). Keep cool and quiet and not excessively friendly for a bit. Listen and learn more than talk. Don't trust too quickly. If you're going to Singh Sabha to train remember some of them are likely to be policemen (open and even undercover), casteist etc.

Remember you're there to train. Invest in equipment for home too, so that you can train at home with what you learn. If you're going to get into training, you might end up going to a few places before you find your spot, but remember that your there to keep yourself fit and strong - and it's not just some social thing!

I'm very much an introvert, so no chance of me going to 'socialise' unless I meet 'like-minded' people!

It's not realistic for me to travel to East London on further thought. I'll look more locally. I might develop a 'home gym' as I have joined gyms before and didn't really like training in front of others.

Definitely do this. Think of all the equipment you buy as investments. I trained a lot with nephews when they were younger, so it has that benefit too.

It's good to mix it up now and then. Train on your own and sometimes train with others. Truth is that most people make the most gains when we training with someone else (that macho shyte makes you do more! lol).

Get into it bro. It'll make you stronger and more confident over time, plus a lot of chicks dig it......lol

@Premi

When you start getting equipment and building your home gym, send pics. That stuff's always fun to see.

I only want to do the big compound exercises. So need bench, deadlift rack, barbell.

I trained wrongly for so many years.

Rippetoe's book is really good.
