What do you think Ji?

I mean, for many people who are working away from home it might be difficult for them to have lunch as their largest meal? 
 

makes sense though that the body would be ‘warm’ at that time for food digestion.

But you can still have a reasonably big meal at lunchtime even at a workplace.
