lol..........common sense normally sorts this out...........every one is unique........everyone is made with their karams/avgun/nirguns etc.......the real rehit is of your consiousness.........listen to your soul.......it will tell you when is enough...........what is right for You.........may not be right for every/anyone else............learn to listen to your inner voice...........that is your soul.........the REAL you teling you what you need............the rest just slips away then...........dont overcomplicate things...............

With knowledge the need for mental clarity is even greater...............without it...............weel thats like a blind man looking for a light switch........... :)

Only for the truthful.

Could someone (who actually knows) please educate us further on the maryada for those following grihast jeevan as well as the maryada for bihingams?

btw, W Bol, all of the original punj pyare were bihangam.

First of all try to never forget Shri Guru Granth Sahib Ji

Whatever is happening with you in real time, try to remember a line from gurbani relating to it

Listen to shabads and katha kirtan.

Mere Listening to it lifelong has a great energy in itself.

What's the use of so empty simran? Just reciting waheguru or just thinking in mind?

Guru Nanak Dev Ji words in JAPJI Sahib:- ਸੋਚੈ ਸੁਚ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਯੀ, ਜਿ ਸੋਚੀ ਲੱਖ ਵਾਰ।

That's where ee stand, we don't even know the Gurbani , we're just faking it that we are Sikhs

Sikhs are those who know Gurbani and Remember it

Sikhs are Gurmukhs, who never forget Guru and His words

Sikhs know Guru as God

Sikh are always in reverence to Guru Sahib

Sikhs don't take money to recite Gurbani

Sikhs follow the rule:- Do Work, Remember God(Guru), Share Everything, becuase we're temporal beings, the same reason behind not cutting hair too + that the hairs protect you from evils, they reflect the potency of the organ they're grown-up.

So you're answer is this

Follow the same criterions and verify if you're a Sikh or not.

Sikhs are really rare

Be a Sikh.

If you're a Sikh, you're character is High, you're ethics and morals are High

You're the modest of the modest while being Supreme of the Supreme

Automatically you're the most Charissa personality because you haven't wasted semen in you're life

God Gave semen for a great purpose and it should be treated as the essence of life because it is.

It should be only expelled if you want to give birth to a Child.

You're semen is more precious than blood, it took so much time to form it.

You're semen is your health, wisdom ajd prosperity.

It's the most wonderful treasure of a Man's Life.

Thoee who lost it lost everything and their birth.

Once it's lost it's very hard to attain the same stage of Prosperity and Celibacy.

You'll lack strength vigor and you'll be getting clumsy and lazy.

Preserve Semen, know it as your God, you're winning from the five devils automatically.

i think hollywood actors have more ojas than some oily pehalwan in india , please no offense its mostly true. beauty comes from humility and love not from holding semen in your body. also what should women be holding? do you agree in that terms that women is inferior to men physically, same like saadu's believe?
