You can choose rhyming stanzas which can be isometric, octosyllabic or heterometric. You can also make use of licences consisting of half-rhyme, assonance or pararhyme. Don't forget to choose your meter carefully. Pay special attention to iambs, trochees, spondees, anapests and dactyls because they can be very tricky. While choosing your meter decide on whether you want it to be monometer, dimeter, tetrameter, pentameter, hexameter, heptameter or simly octameter!! You have so much choice now to choose from so, please, explain to me different levels of government. Don't forget, you can also explain different levels of government to me in a ballad form.
