Any Change passes through three phases

Realisation: There is a deep rooted need to change. A feeling that things/habits should not continue the way it is now. Realisation starts, when I decide to change irrespective of the situation or person around me.

Motivated Implementation: This is where the actual change starts. We slowly start bringing in the change or at least make preparations. Suppose, I want to increase my fitness, I start going for morning walks or join a yoga class. I start reading articles on fitness. I’d envision myself being fit and experience the joy.

Consistent Reconfirmation and Course Correction: This is the most important phase. We need to have regular check points in our schedules where we analyse the progress, take corrective measures if required and re-motivate ourselves. This should be a part of the daily routine. I could have posters around my work space, calendar reminders, and regular discussions with a trusted friend or mentor, maintain a journal or anything which serves the purpose.

Most of us make a great start but falter, at the lat step. It is because we haven’t spent time analysing and taking corrective measures due to the busy lives we lead.

 How to analyse the progress?

Once we have initiated the change and have made some progress it is important to analyse it in an objective way. Most of us get critical and look at the things we are yet to complete or have failed to achieve, instead of looking at what we have achieved. This causes exhaustion and disappointment. It is equally important to appreciate what we have achieved, however small it may be. This gives us the power to move ahead and take steps to correct our failures.

what is the relationship in Sikhism of Gursikhs and Devtas as since on the above ang page of Gurbani it says that mahraj went to devpuri….so in Hinduism they do Yaga Havan etc and idol worship to get protection from harmful people and boons of prosperity health and wealth. They also did worship of devas for protection against the Asura demons. Now my question is what is the relationship between Sikhs and devas in Sikhism. What is the relationship of Durga because Dasam Granth has a lot written about devas.

After the success of the 2022 film - The Kashmir Files its successor The Kerala Story is here

Reportedly, thousands of non Muslim girls are missing from Kerala and other parts of India. Many of them have ended up in the Middle East in the hands of ISIS. They are trafficked as sex slaves.

For the first time we see how Muslim women play an important role in these grooming attempts. It’s not just the males

Obviously, Muslims have called it propaganda but those that are living with grooming gangs in the west probably know it’s true as well.

Kashmir files angered Muslims but The Kerala Story have rattled Islamists. The film is being shown all over India and now the West.

This film will be followed up by the Ajmer Files ( hundreds of Hindu girls groomed, raped, videotaped by Muslim males many committed suicide Congress covered it up

This short clip is about Gora Singh and Badal singh who died defending Mewar. They were uncle nephew and as the story goes from the 1500s Gora Singh fought even with his head cut off. You can see that part in the clip below near the end from the film Paadmavat.

As a methodology, the Christian organization called Water of Life goes to remote villages in India, where they drill wells, and baptize entire villages who take water from those wells. They run fund raisers to raise funds from innocuous donors for these projects.

The ancient Thiruvathira festival in south India which celebrates the cosmic dance of Shiva as a golden red-flamed light, was celebrated this month on December 20.

	https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thiruvathira

The cosmic dance of Lord Shiva represents five activities – Creation, Protection, Destruction, Embodiment and Release. In essence, it represents the continuous cycle of creation and destruction. This cosmic dance is said to take place in every particle and is considered to be the source of all energy.

Interestingly, the monotheistic Dharmic sect the Prajapita Brahmakumaris consider God Shiva to be an incorporeal point of golden-red light, synonymous with Jehovah, Allah, Waheguru and Ahura Mazda of the other monotheistic religions where there are similar connotations and associations with light.
