  1. Asmuch as something could be the "word of god", yes.
  2. For the first question, a certain no. While there is no "ban" on Rakhi, I believe it to be against the teachings of equality in Sikhi. So, I would answer your second question with a no as well. However, if a non-sikh woman (hindu, I suppose) wanted to tie me a rakhi, I would not object to it.
  3. At this point, no. Sometime in the future, maybe.
  4. The concept of "fearing" God is not present in Sikhism. The Guru guides us in determining what is "right" and "wrong". For Sikhs then, it is the respect and love of the Guru that stops them from committing acts which are against Sikhi.
