  1. Thanks brother for the info. Parnaam Bhul chuk maaf
  2. Excellent points made by Keerat Singh jee: Quote Another point which those who adhere to Gurbani Viakaran fail to mention is that nearly all of Guru Tegh Bahadur jis shabads to do not follow the rules of Vaikaran. the main reason people are against Raag Mala is because they say it does not follow Gurbani Viakaran. Such an argument has no weight. Unquote Bhul chuk maaf

  6. Someone on this forum had asked - "Where in the Guru Granth Sahib does it say kesh is a requirement for being a Sikh?" Both in SDGSJ (Sri Dasam Granth Sahib jee) and SSGSJ (Sri Sarabloh Granth Sahib jee), Kesh has been mentioned as a requirement for a Sikh. There might be a tuk in SSGGSJ (Guru Granth Sahib) regarding it too. If someone knows about it, please do let us know. For a Sikh, Gurbani from all three Granths, is on the same level. 1. The manifestation of Panth Khalsa's Dharam [was created], they are the form of truth, liberation and purity. Kach, Kesh, and Kirpan – these three signs made followers of the Guru the servants [also] of the Lord Unquote [1] [1] - http://sarbattkhalsa.weebly.com/kes-is-kakkar-not-keski.html 2. SDGSJ (Sri Dasam Granth Sahib jee) Quote (Singh 123456777) Nishan-e-Sikhi ast in Panj har kaf Hargiz na bashad azin panj muaf Kara, Karad, Kacha, Kanga bi dan, Bina kesh kes hech ast jumla nishan Unquote The translation of the above is as follows (correct me if I am wrong): “ The following five K’s are the mark of Sikhi. These five can never be parted from the body. Kara, Kirpan, Kashera, Kangha, recognise these as four of them. The fifth is Kesh, without which the other four are useless. “ [1] Bhul chuk maaf

  16. Sangat jee: Please listen to the audio clip below by Gyani Thakur Singh jee. Gyani jee proves (using an analogy) that the worship of Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Rai Dev Bedi jee Maharaaj is the best, as compared to the worship of other deities. Worship of Sri Hans jee is like white silk. Worship of Sri Ram Chandar jee is like red silk. Worship of Sri Krishan jee is like yellow silk. Worship of Sri Kalki jee is like black silk. Worship of Satguru Sri Guru Nanak Rai Dev Bedi jee Maharaaj is like Silma Sitara. Please listen after 13.50 min: http://www.gurbaniupdesh.org/multimedia/04-Katha/13-Giani Thakur Singh Ji (Patiala Wale)/Katha Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji/CD09(Ang0620-0747)/0680-Ang-0646-Pankti-01.mp3 What is Silma Sitara? 18. If a registered member, posts as a guest (for any reason), it must be mandatory for that person to state his/her id, at the start of the message. If he/she does not, then some action must be taken, as intentionally posting as a guest (who is a registered member) constitutes deceptive and unethical behavior. Bhul chuk maaf
  19. Bro, have a look below. Proof that women were given Kirpan da amrit at Sri Hajur Sahib jee. This is from Gurbani Path Darpan. Bhul chuk maaf

  23. This is off-topic, but related to the above post. Srimaan Sant Baba Ishar Singh jee Maharaaj Kaleranwale (it might be some other mahapurakh) used to say that ........nindak eats feces (filth) of the person, whose ninda he does. The nindak actually helps the other person spiritually. Bhul chuk maaf
  24. Bro, Satguru jee also called a wife (female body) as Maas in that shabad. Therefore, Maharaaj proved that there is no difference between a vegetable, animal and a human. Does that mean, we can consume human flesh? Gurparsaad, will discuss this in a separate topic. Who is the author of Jhatka Prakash granth? Is it available online? English? Bhul chuk maaf
