Mental illnesses do exist bro. Even Ayurveda has medications for them. Maybe some of the medications prescribed by the Big Pharma have serious side effects in the long run, but some medications might have benefits (if used for a short period of time).

Thanks for your input bro. Daas has never taken Risperidone, but I came across some comments regarding it in the video which you posted.
Eggs are also good for your brain right?

The best food for the brain is Waheguru Simran brother. All these foods are good too. Thanks for the list.
The best food for the soul is talking to your Creator and listening for Her response.
We live in the demiurge, the false material universe also known as Maya. Our true Home is the spiritual universe known as vaikuntha or sach khand. Those with souls can reach home but not every being has a soul. That being said, God is in everything and everyone but some lack the higher functioning that is called “soul”. We must return home while we are still alive. By obeying His hukam relentlessly, even if it means your own death and destruction, on any and every level. ego must be shed for that to happen. Good luck and God bless.

abandon all your desires, all your wants. You NEED God alone. You don’t need that promotion, you don’t need your kids to be happy or even you to be happy.
you need GOD’s hukam which is NAAM. Naam is connection to his MIND.

Eggs are the most complete nutritional source. They have the same substance as your semen and Cerebrospinalfluid. Very powerful. I eat 2 boiled eggs every morning.
Mental health problems exist but the labels and diagnoses are totally illusionary. I talk to God and I hear Him = schizo. Its a deep topic, too deep for an internet forum… my heart goes out to all suffering at the hands of ignornace. But oh well it was meant to happen. God has a cruel sense of humor.

    Correct.
What happens with thc delta 9 these days is to metabolize correctly requires a balance of terpines and other cannabinoids. But the market is cultivating and concentrating just thv delta9, which is a waste and not rhe reap high. The real high comes from eating well rounded cannabis. Especially with the ingredients fpund in our drinks that have terpines and other chemicals which help everything metabolize.
It only reveals schizophrenia it does not cause it.

You just ween off brother. Keep decreasing the dose. If you cold turkey it looks like anxiety, runny nose and diarrhea.

You need at least 5grams of fish oil and 5000 iu vitamin D daily to heal your brain. Your brain is fatty tissue so increase your healthy fat intake. Butter is good for you.

    Sister, Daas has a question.
Do you know how to get off Risperidone naturally (or with Herbal medications) without any prescription medications?

Also all the other ingredients help it metabolize. Reserch foods that help your endocannabinoidal receptors. It's the recipe for Bhang.

for anyone interested in what these “meds” really do
  15. Thanks

    Read all the above.
My understanding is medicine is just one aspect of treating mental illness.  You would need family support, surrounded by positive people, remove negative people and situations from your life, physical activity to improve physical and mental fitness, counselling and must do your homework with counselling, enhancement of spiritual journey and above all PRAYERS.
It does take years/decades to fight with your thoughts. These meds block the thoughts and do give side-effects.

Bro, have you stopped consuming Cannabis?
Heavy Cannabis consumption (especially THC) is linked to Schizophrenia.

When Shaheedi Degh is being prepared, very small quantities of Cannabis (probably only CBD) is supposed to be added.

Are you based in the West? Always turn on the Exhaust fans when you are cooking/warming your food.
Put your work clothes in Garment bags/Closets. That should help a bit.
You can spray your clothes with Odor eliminating sprays before wearing them. That might also help.
