  4. Waheguru Ji Dass, thought it would be a good idea for the Sangat to do 1,000,000 Waheguru Jaaps to relieve the massive amount of paaps that we are accumulating on this earth. Repeating the Gurmantar will bring benefit to the individual and the world. ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕਾ ਸਿਮਰਨੁ ਸਭ ਤੇ ਊਚਾ ॥ Parabẖ kā simran sabẖ ṯe ūcẖā. The remembrance of God is the highest and most exalted of all. 5. Waheguru Ji Dass came across the picture with the arrows, saying those are churches. Dass, thought it might be fake so went on google maps to see and found that there were 36 churches around Darbar Sahib. The conversion of Sikhs has been going on since colonial times and Sikhs have no awareness of it. Hazur Sahib caretaker was appointed by the british and Darbar Sahib was going to be converted to a church in 1877. The colonialist stole hugh amount of land from sikh sampradeys and built churches and mission schools on top of it to convert Sikhs. Dass, posted a video of Missionaries going inside Darbar Sahib to convert. Also, the 4th largest church in the world is in Punjab with 118,000 membets Over 1800 new churches were built in punjab and christianity increased by 600%. You probably didn't know but there are over 3 christian majority states in india. While sikhs have become a minority in punjab. Hugh amount of money is coming in to convert us a d we are asleep.
  6. All these red arrows are churches surrounding Golden Temple ...many funded by Canada based evangelical groups. Dass went on google maps and found there were 36 churches around Darbar Sahib. Are our sampradays doing anything about this? Are they even aware of this problem?
  7. Waheguru Ji This video answers your question.
  8. UP Police arrests Pakistani agent tasked to spread 'jihad', disrupt harmony Story by Pathikrit Chakraborty LUCKNOW: In a significant breakthrough, the Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh police on Thursday arrested a Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agent from the Shamli district. The national probe agency nabbed Tehseem alias Mota (45) at the Garhi Shakhawat crossing on Meerut-Karnal Road in Muzaffarnagar. Prashant Kumar, director general of law and order, revealed that during interrogation, Tehseem confessed to frequenting Pakistan with his brother Kaleem. Through connections made there, they were allegedly lured by ISI handlers with money and promises of arms, ammunition, and funds to spread jihad and disrupt communal harmony in India. Uttar Pradesh's top cop elaborated that Tehseem and Kaleem used fake sim cards to send sensitive information over WhatsApp to Dilshad alias Mirza, an ISI agent in Pakistan. They also reportedly received counterfeit currency from another individual named Nafees. The STF's operation began with the arrest of Imran on August 2, 2023, in Shamli. He was found in possession of counterfeit currency worth Rs 6.08 lakh. Subsequently, Kaleem was apprehended on August 16 from the same district. Tehseem's name surfaced during the investigation, prompting the STF to launch a targeted operation for his capture. Tehseem's Pakistan 'connections' and Iqbal Kana According to the STF, Tehseem visited Pakistan in 2002 under the pretext of selling paan/tobacco. He reportedly stayed with a relative in Kotadu for a short period and later in Lahore. While in Lahore, he allegedly met individuals associated with a known fake Indian currency note (FICN) dealer named Iqbal Kana and his aides. These connections are said to have influenced Tehseem's involvement in FICN trafficking from 2002 to 2008. The STF probe further claims that Tehseem received and circulated counterfeit currency notes during this period. The alleged consignments of FICN ranged in value from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 7 lakh and were reportedly sourced from contacts in Pakistan, Delhi, and Amritsar. Additionally, Tehseem has a past record of arrests related to FICN possession in these locations. Following his release from prison in 2016, Tehseem is suspected of participating in drug supply and other illegal activities with the help of an individual named Shahid, who reportedly fled to Pakistan after facing legal charges in India and is said to be involved in cross-border smuggling and potentially anti-national activities. Tehseem also faces separate charges under the Arms Act related to a 2019 incident in Punjab and a weapons supply case still under investigation.

  12. 107 drug-carrying drones sent by Pakistani smuggling gangs to Punjab January 5, 2024, 12:00am Last week border officials in the Punjab region of India revealed they intercepted 107 drug-carrying drones sent by smuggling gangs last year over the border from Pakistan, the highest number on record. Most were carrying heroin or opium from Pakistan to be dropped and received by collaborators in the Punjab, notorious for having India’s worst levels of opiate addiction. Last year the head of a police narcotics unit in Lahore, a city in Pakistan which borders the Punjab, was dismissed after he was suspected of running a drug trafficking gang sending drones over to India. But the use of cheap flying robots instead of humans to smuggle drugs across borders is a worldwide phenomenon. In September the Jordanian air force shot down two drones carrying crystal meth coming from Syria. It was the ninth such drone in 2023, according to Caroline Rose, a director at the New Lines Institute in Washington DC. Drug smugglers from Syria, the world’s largest producer of the black market amphetamine pill, captagon, often use Jordan as a transit point to the wider Gulf Arab kingdoms and the global market. Rose thinks Syrian smugglers have increased the use of drones to smuggle captagon and meth due to a security clampdown at the Jordanian border which has made trafficking by land harder. Drones sent by Mexican cartels carrying drugs such as cocaine, meth, and heroin regularly cross the U.S. border. They are being used to shift drugs by air and sea between Africa and Europe. Spanish police seized a massive drone with a wingspan of over four metres capable of carrying up to 150 kilograms (330 pounds) of cargo in a special compartment in its nose, being used by a French smuggling gang to traffic drugs from Morocco to southern Spain. In 2022, police found three underwater drones built to smuggle up to 200 kilograms (440 pounds) of drugs across the Strait of Gibraltar between Morocco and Spain. Drones are being used to smuggle drugs into high security prisons worldwide from Brazil and France to Australia and across the U.S. In Canada, where 75 percent of prison contraband seizures are attributed to drone drops, there were 700 drone related incidents in two years, including one where an inmate fatally overdosed on fentanyl that had been delivered into his prison by drone. In October last year the U.K. government was forced to introduce no fly zones around all its prisons due to a “sharp increase” in the number of drones carrying drugs and mobile phones into jails. Drug gangs are also using drones as eyes in the sky. In Latin America and the Golden Triangle in Southeast Asia, drug trafficking cartels use them to scout out drug smuggling routes. In the U.K. they have been used by drug stash thieves to seek out rival weed farms and by guerilla weed growers to find suitable spots to set up illegal farms. They are used by law enforcement too, from heat seeking drones spotting indoor cannabis farms in the U.K., to drones being used by police to catch street drug dealers in Kyrgyzstan in central Asia. But drones will likely become an everyday part of drug dealing too, according to Peter Warren Singer, author of multiple books on national security and a Fellow at think tank New America, with legit medicines due to be delivered by drone in the U.S. later this year and maybe in the U.K. too. “We are just scraping the surface of what is possible, as drone deliveries become more and more common in the commercial world, it will be the same with delivery of illicit goods. In our book, Burn-In, we explain how a future city will see drones zipping about delivering everything from groceries and burritos to drugs, both prescribed by a doctor or bought off a dealer. “Drones have traditionally been used by governments and corporations for what are known as the "3 D's" jobs that are too dull, dirty, or dangerous for humans. For criminals, it is the same, except add in another Dependable. A drone doesn't steal the product and can't be arrested or snitch if caught.” Liam O’Shea, senior research fellow for organised crime and policing at defence and security thinktank RUSI, said drones were at the moment of limited value to wholesale traffickers and organised criminal gangs because of their range and the weight they can carry. “It makes sense that smugglers would seek to use drones. They are cheap and easy to acquire. They also lower the risks involved in some transactions, as smugglers do not have to be physically present during transactions. They offer opportunities for smuggling in areas where previous routes were too risky, such as prisons and over securitised borders. “I expect them to be of greater value to smaller players and distributors dealing with smaller quantities. Wholesale drug traffickers will still need to use routes that facilitate smuggling at higher volume or using drones to make multiple trips, which entails risks of detection. “That may well change as improvements in technology improve drones’ carrying capacity and crime groups are better able to access drones with greater capacity.” Source

  14. Benefits fraudster who faked the identities of 200 children to pocket public money is ordered to pay back £2 million By Claire Ellicott Whitehall Editor15:53 EST 29 Dec 2023 , updated 15:53 EST 29 Dec 2023 +4 View gallery Ali Bana Mohamed, 42, will face a nine-year sentence if he fails to return the cash A benefits cheat who faked the identities of almost 200 children to pocket public money has been ordered to repay more than £2million. Ali Bana Mohamed, 42, has three months to return the cash or face a nine-year prison sentence, the Department for Work and Pensions said. Mohamed, from Hulme in Manchester, was jailed in 2022 for masterminding a decade-long scam to cheat taxpayers out of at least £1.7million. He enlisted relatives and friends to assist him in submitting bogus claims under about 70 different names, using stolen identities of adults along with the fake birth certificates of 188 children. All the fraudulent claims were made on the basis that the adult had care of named children and was entitled to child benefit and tax credits. +4 View gallery Ali Bana Mohamed, 42, was jailed in 2022 for masterminding a decade-long scam to cheat taxpayers out of at least £1.7million +4 View gallery He has three months to return the cash or face a nine-year prison sentence, the Department for Work and Pensions (pictured) said TRENDING The scam was rumbled when HMRC noticed that calls from the same two telephone numbers were repeatedly used in connection with seemingly unrelated claims. The DWP launched a probe, Operation Paratrooper, and investigators discovered that Mohamed and six others were behind the fraud. They also found links to four properties in Manchester including a fast-food shop and cafe, as well as £500,000 in illicit bank transfers and withdrawals. Mohamed admitted 29 fraud offences and was sentenced to three and a half years in prison in 2022. It would have been longer had he not already been serving 16 years for drugs and immigration offences. In 2022, six of the fraudsters who had helped him received jail sentences totalling more than 13 years. One had his term suspended. Judge Brian Cummings praised DWP officers for ‘their skill and determination in their investigation’. The department’s serious and organised crime section established that Mohamed had submitted child benefit and tax credit claims under about 70 different adult names over a nine-year period between April 2007 and July 2016. +4 View gallery Kevin Slack, prosecuting, said Mohamed kept handwritten notebooks detailing the information and hid these in his wardrobe. This month, on December 22, Liverpool Crown Court ordered him to repay £2,164,828.30 at a confiscation hearing. The Proceeds of Crime Act allows courts to calculate the amount individuals have benefited from their offending and issue a confiscation order based on assets. Work and Pensions Secretary Mel Stride said: ‘Our welfare system is predicated on fairness, and we will make sure that those who need our help receive it and those who wish to exploit the system face justice. ‘So as benefit fraud becomes more sophisticated, so must we. This latest case is testament to the tenacity of our expert anti-fraud squad who saved the hard-working taxpayer £1.1billion last year.’ The DWP has announced a crackdown on fraud which is estimated to cost taxpayers £8billion a year. It has pledged £900million over three years to tackle the issue, while a new Data Protection and Digital Information Bill will allow officials to check the accounts of anyone receiving benefits. 19. Waheguru Ji Bhai Ajitta Bhai Ajitta, a Randhava Jatt, whose name occurs in Bhai Gurdas’s roster of prominent Sikhs of Guru Nanak, Varan, XI. 14, was a resident of the village of Pakkhoke Randhave, close to the present town of Dera Baba Nanak in Gurdaspur district of the Punjab. It was at Pakkhoke Randhave that Guru Nanak’s wife and children stayed with his parents-in-law after he had left home to go out to preach his word. Ajitta first met Guru Nanak as he arrived in his village at the conclusion of his long travels and sat near the well owned by him. Ajitta was instantly converted and sought instruction from the Guru.Bhai Mani Singh, Sikhan di Bhagat Mala, records the discourse that took place between them.

  22. Waheguru Ji Slaughter of Sikhs at Sheikhupura in 1947 In the annals of human history, few incidents stand as stark reminders of calculated malevolence as the tragedy that unfolded in Sheikhupura, a district adjacent to Lahore, on the Western side, shortly after the Partition. Sheikhupura, known for housing Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Sri Guru Nanak Dev, was once a prosperous land that generated substantial revenue, primarily for Sikh landowners. Before the cataclysmic events of Partition, Sheikhupura boasted a thriving community of Sikhs and Hindus, with flourishing businesses, factories, and agricultural enterprises. The Sikhs, renowned for their hard work in cultivating the land, had turned this district into a productive and prosperous region. However, the harmony and coexistence were shattered by the dark clouds of religious fanaticism and violence. The horrors that befell Sheikhupura’s Hindu and Sikh population were among the worst witnessed during the Partition, surpassed only by the atrocities in Rawalpindi and Multan. Pakistani fanaticism, fueled by a chilling murderous frenzy, led to the sudden and brutal demise of between 10,000 to 20,000 innocent lives in a span of just two days. The genesis of this orchestrated violence lay in a conspiracy concocted between Muslim Leaguers, civil officers, police, and the military. The objective was nothing short of exterminating the Hindus and Sikhs of Sheikhupura and its surrounding areas. The sheer scale of the planned devilry marked this event as one of the darkest chapters in human history. As soon as the Boundary Commission announced the awarding of Sheikhupura to Pakistan, Muslim Leaguers and their collaborators in the police and military machinery swiftly initiated plans for the looting and mass murder of Hindus and Sikhs. Attacks on the countryside commenced on August 18, with Sikhs and Hindus being forcibly expelled from their villages en masse. Simultaneously, plans were set in motion to cleanse Sheikhupura town and other urban centers of their Hindu and Sikh residents. The Muslim population actively prepared for the impending rioting, with notable gatherings at the residence of Karamat Ali, a prominent minister. The 25th of August saw the burning of Hindu and Sikh houses in Gurdwara Bazar. The nefarious plot escalated with the fabrication of an attack on a Muslim mohalla by Sikhs, a ploy designed to incite Muslims against Sikhs. On the same day, Ranigargha, with its Sikh population of 1,200, witnessed a vigorous attack. The ensuing chaos saw Sikhs being chased by a Muslim mob, followed by the military. The orchestrated violence reached its zenith when, by 5 o’clock that day, the Hindu-Sikh population in the area had been mercilessly slaughtered, and their homes reduced to ashes. The tragedy of Sheikhupura remains etched in history as a chilling testament to the brutality that can be unleashed in the name of religious fervor. As we reflect on this dark chapter, let us strive to ensure that such atrocities are never repeated, and humanity moves forward towards a future built on tolerance, compassion, and understanding.
