  1. No one can change the world single-handedly! That’s why we have pressure groups, activitists, power brokers, influence peddlers/lobbyists! There is nothing superficial about them! Without their invaluable foresight and influence policy making is impossible and stands no chance of ever becoming laws let alone rules! He needs to rethink what he is saying. Why does he think it’s too “public” to express how to end any kind of suffering/poverty? Besides, what the hell is so funny and why are they all laughing? So stupid! None of the issues that mar our western societies today are funny! There are some things we should be doing in the ‘confines’ of our privacy ( for self development) but there are other things which have a detrimental affect on masses, and should never be kept private and should be talked about openly and publicly! How can a person establish himself by accomplishing whatever he believes in, in the world before embarking upon any career, does the world not consist of people/public?
  2. There is a Gurdwara in Nanded where the Guru met Mado Das. Guru Ji told him that he should stop misusing his riddis and siddhis to impress or control others. The time will come when he will be needed to do a great sewa for the Panth. It is believed that Mado Das received Khandey da Amrit and became Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Ji. He became a sincere devotee of the Guru Ji and later the Guru dispatched him to Punjab to end Mughal atrocities and free it from their control. One more thing, when Mado Das met the Guru, the Guru asked him his name. He replied that he was known as ‘Banda’ and it is here that he came to be known as Banda Singh Bahadur. It is such a lovely story, don’t you think? Bhai Banda Singh Bahadur Ji was definitely an Amritdari Sikh. Awesome meeting with an awe inspiring Supreme Guru.
  3. No. Men know they have filthy minds which they can’t control, no matter what! Women are just scapegoats for their filthy weak minds. No matter which spiritual discipline they follow, their soiled minds will always remain soiled.
  4. I think he should wear it just to let people know he belongs to a Sikh Organisation. I didn’t know him. Is Dam Dam Sahib not a Taksaal/Organisation then? I might be wrong! Where I come from they don’t teach us anything sikh, hence the ignorance. Call it gender discrimination if you like!
  5. Why isn’t he wearing the blue bana? Also, he is not speaking very politely, why?
  6. Who is this person? Never heard of this one.
  7. No one can stop them from following who or what they pick or choose. Everything happens with God’s Hukam. Our lives are ruled by His Hukam, whether we like it or not. Education is still the best medicine for thess to realize rhiss.
  8. Are you sure? I mean, how do you know these forums are being monitored? Let’s face it, who would in their right minds have so much time to waste at it!
  9. I will never stop trying either. It is difficult to understand everything but won't ever give up trying. The panth is full of too many cooks.........!
  10. Both. The universe is the creation of God. All earthly rituals have their origins in the astral world before taking form on the physical world. Earthly rituals emanate from above and beyond. Initially, there, they are formless and exist as energy, as vibration or frequency. Meditation and chanting, both exist in the spiritual realms too, as Silence and Sound. Yes, even the great Silence has a sound, which can be heard with our inner ears. Tuning in is all that's needed. Laws of Nature are in fact miracles and truly miraculous. Most miracle workers are blessed from above and beyond. It is no big task for them to perform them. They are the gifted ones and have reached a certain stage of their spiritual evolution. As far as the last one is concerned...... I am sure you already know the answer. Nothing materialises on the physical without its blueprint in the astral.

  12. Here, go pick your popcorn out of the garbage! Be sure not to eat it because it might contaminated
  13. Yes, God is definitely conciouness, but that consciousness is energy. Nothing can become concious without energy or shakti. God/consciousness/energy/shakti creates itself. It is both form and formless, no doubt about it. To think that the electron is not aware of a concious observer is ludicrous, as far as I think. Electron is energy too, when it's energy is aligned with the concious observer's energy it reacts! Matter can behave as wave or particle depending on whether it is being observed or not! (Wave Duality Theory) Besides, the concious observer is observing the space between the two atoms!! This space in between is also concious energy!
  14. I never thought energy meant 'shakti' to be honest. The word 'shakti' sounds much nicer than the word 'energy' but never occurred to me ever. Some people refer to God as Vishnu. God is energy/Shakti. In my view, there will be no consciousness without God or shakti! Everything receives its consciousness from the Source. I am not sure if I am making any sense. One more thing, our past is recorded in the Akashic records and can be accessed if we know how to. Some people can see the future with clairvoyance. It is just a matter of how spiritually developed or advance a soul is.
  15. We can't because our vibrational frequencies are different. Of course, we can pinpoint the present moment by becoming aware of it. Our awareness is also composed of energy, operating at a different frequency. Pure awareness is energy which travels at the speed of light. Scattered thoughts dissipitate energy, once focused, we capture the present moment. It is magical. The present moment is also energy moving at a different and very, very subtle frequency. We can only capture it by aligning ourselves with it. We can do so by becoming aware and focussing our energy on it. We have to 'tune in' with this wonderful energy, so to speak, in order to establish it. We experience the present moment, when our energies are aligned and tuned in. It is our present moment that lays the foundations for our next stage of evolution. So, don't let it go wasted, neglected or ignored. Try to capture it by becoming aware of it.
  16. Spot on! This is the only way to heavens, hallelujah!! Do indoos believe in one God as well? No. They believe in too many. If they believed in only one God, what did they call it? They don't seem to have a name for it!
