Veer ji it has must read together like first mool mantar full until nanak hoise be sach then the mentioned salok. Yes its together veer ji.

Veer ji i heard you can do sava lakh jaap of mool mantar combinded with salok kaam krodh aur lobh moh binas jih anmhev from 6th sukhmani sahib ashtpadi the salok. As addication could be part of the 5 vices so maybe this could help as i just doing guess work as gyani thakur singh mentioned it in his katha. I have been on youtube looking for sikhi videos on addication but they seem be just more talking about their experinces rather than giving tips how to stop or go through cold turkey. But yes use youtube google as they everyones best friend for everything and anything as you will get tips on how to cope without alchool smoking and cold turkey feeling.

Veer ji is it the granth you intereted in that is mentioned by Singh Sahib Iqbal Singh Ji in this katha track as they have mentioned Baba Binod Singh Ji in the track.

Here is the sampat which is mentioned in the katha track as i have read the bani Ugardanti quite a few times here is a screen shot of the sampat. It is mentioned to be read after every pauri of the sampat with desi ghee jyot, 40 days non stop paathis.

If you think about it our religion has so many sects that have all created their version of sikhi. I mean do you hate Damdami Taksal ? True warriors also read Sri Dasam Granth yudh banis like Chandi Di Vaar, Shastar Naam Mala,Chandi Chirtar,Ugardanti and many more banis. But no people like you and your missi Have you read any of these banis ? No i didn't think so !! I have had a chance with Waheguru's kirpa to read these. Brahm Kavach is gurbani whether you believe it or not i really don't care as i know you will never read it. Veer ji you are correct its after listening to his katha that i with Waheguru's kirpa got into reading all the banis that i am into now and no preacher has had this type of effect on me until now. Yes his weight is giving him problems like sugar levels,digestive and eyes he mentioned in his katha.

Thank you veer ji just because the human eye can't see anything its only karani wale mahapurshs that can see shaheed singhs, jinns, bhoots prets. Just because air electricity pain is not visible does not mean they don't exist same is with these gupt shaktis around us. Its all these science missionarys that have made gurmat gurbani to their own views thoughts rather than saying sat bachan as purtan gursikhs would do.
