  1. Bhenji it is a very awkward position you are in and I completely understand as even my MIL who is amritdhari will criticise women with facial hair . I hit menopause which caused a hormonal imbalance causing chin hairs. I eat home made food no processed food (natural fresh products as much as possible and cheese only 1x a month) and by using homeopathic it has taken 1.5 years for the hairs to become very fine and barely noticeable.
I hope you find a solution that will help you but you should find the root cause first which is normally hormonal- PCOS  or menopause as even laser removal is not permanent for some people.

  3. 🙏🏼Thank you waheguru ji

I didn’t end up starting as I joined an online sangat where I asked a gurmuk (GPMKC YOUTUBE ) about doing a specific jaap and he said it’s probably kaal giving you problems and worries so do as much Gurmantar as possible. He said kaal give 3 types of issues

1)sickness of yourself or family member(my daughter)

    2) money problems (I lost my job and haven’t been able to find another for 3 years)

    3) arguments in family or environment

then finally try to get you stuck in colours and ridhi sidhi

I’m just trying to do gurmantar now with thoughts and trying not to worry.

  4. 🙏🏼 Waheguru ji I was thinking of doing Gobinde jaap as well as Naam Simran as I have a lot of worldly issues such as not finding work . Is it best to do open amounts or fixed amount in 40 days ? I tried brahm kavach 32 a day for a 40 days but it is difficult to keep it in the mind. Gobinde mantra seems to have a flow which resonates with me.

I would love to hear any experiences and advise .thank you

  5. Veer ji thank you for the update. I also spoke to him 2 weeks ago and he said he “you have come to the right place, I will give naam (you understand yes) , so don’t worry. Just read the book and join the google meets .)

he sent me the link to the WhatsApp group which I joined and daily after the vichar, he tells everyone to listen to him say waheguru and then leaves you to keep meditation focused on 3rd eye area.

my question is , i fall asleep is this the samadhi he’s talking about ? I sleep for 20-30 mins then I’m up with a viby head. But if this is right I can be asleep for 1hr or more if I just do waheguru simran and have chakra cleansing in the background (I meditate in the afternoon and it blocks out load noises).

Are you supposed to be mentally awake but with the body asleep ( like paralysed?).

your right too many people with TMI and videos daily on YouTube it’s hard to decipher who will put you on the right path, Bhai Ranbir singh Canada had a PDF which said essentially falling sleep while you do simran is entering sunn.

  6. Waheguru ji I use a ghee jot and as the Kundalini yoga guys use American white sage , after talking to spirituality high person she said the sage is very good so do that as well. also wanted traditional dhoop as I saw a reicipe for it on YouTube but not sure if all the ingredients are available in the UK. I don’t know if it makes a difference to my trying to stop thoughts while doing my path but I will try anything as I feel like I’m not getting anywhere. I spoke to the person who made the video and he said it’s best not to use this if you are gristi (I think he wanted to say not celibate) , but no other explanation.

Thank you very very much Veerji,

I am nobody as compared to the inspiration that you have been to me, to moorakh bhenji and to so many of us here.

You may not remember how baffled I was when my own Mom wasn't ready to share her spiritual status with me, your posts and moorakh bhnji helped me to overcome that state. I can't tell you how inspiring this and "my experience" thread of yours and @Lucky , Bhagat Singh and His servant Veerji's words have been here to me.

    You guys are my heroes

I find it very inspiring and motivating when people talk about their experiences and spiritual status. Why do people keep it so secretive? I find as a mother my self I tell my daughter my experiences and she talks about hers as it’s a learning process and we are beginners who are confused at times about what we feel . Thank you for sharing and asking as it’s a question I has as well do we lose our avasta if we talk about what we hear or feel?
