Still nascent got a reaction from Kaur10 in Meditation - My Experiance, Am I Allowed To Share?
Kudi hoke 2-3 vaari Sorry, apologize bolgi agli. Hor kedi dust leni Tu veere??
Sangat here is really helpful. We should not bring our egos in between.
Anyway I was planning to share an experience here today and let's bring the thread to it's real form.
As moorakh bhn shared levels of amrit Rass yesterday, I wanted to confess that Amritrass not only appears but disappears too. I had a big argument in the family about a month ago and I said a few things in rage as anger took over me, which I regretted saying later. But I lost all the amrit Rass from my mouth. I regret it so much. I was so sad. So sorry. Though I wasn't wrong in putting my point just that in heated moment I hurt someone's feelings in the way I said it..
It took me a month to apologize and convince waheguru ji and make up for what I have lost. I have now got it bck but at the beginers level only.
Please I am putting this here and in sweet taste thread, so that anyone who is going through this may not commit the same mistake I did.

I pretty much never intervene in conflict but I think it’s necessary right now
This portion of the site is dedicated to sharing experiences. Simple. No arguments, no treguni posts. Nothing.
If you guys want to discuss something, send each other a personal message. That’s what a lot of us do. We talk directly with each other in private conversations. I would recommend doing the same, especially if it’s a personal issue.
People who don’t believe in sharing their spiritual experiences, also usually believe in not reading about them either. People who don’t share, typically feel susceptible to their ego feeding off of the compliments. People who don’t read, don’t want their mind tricking them during their own meditation. I understand where some of you come from.
That’s why if you share, make sure you remember it’s waheguru within you experiencing waheguru. And nothing more.
And if you read experiences, make sure you do your bhagti in gurmat with Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji as your reference. Sharing will help you verify the validity.
Sharing is what helped me progress. @Sat1176kept me accountable and @Lucky gave me guidance. We moved together as a family and all made progress. We all came to this site as beginners with little to no experience. We did not argue, fight or compete against each other. We cared and lifted each other with compassion. We changed each others lives for the better because we shared openly, kept each other accountable, shared our knowledge and made sure each and every one of us was doing well and on track. It was our love for one another that kept our bhagti strong. It’s hard to believe this family was formed over 6 years ago. Time really flies.
That being said, I want this argument to end here. If you need to say something to one another, send a direct message. But I’m hoping the posts after this post will solely be about experiences and guidance rather than small talk and arguments. I want you guys to treat each other with love and respect. You are a sangat parivaar. Your bhagti will thank you later.

If I agree with what someone has said I will like. Please don't lecture me on what I should and shouldn't like. I'm not aware of liking any post with nindaya and recall only liking one post today by Sukh_preet where I agree with her view about sharing. This whole topic is about sharing. I find it annoying when people come on here and say don't share and try and discourage others from talking further. As if they are the naam simran police. It's so demotivating and infusing paranoia into people's head to think negative and watering the seeds of doubt (bahm). No one is forcing anyone to share what they don't want to and those that do are happy to do so. We will never learn if we don't ask. I am personally grateful for the cyber sangat I have met on this forum. Some I've now become good friends with and have met personally.
If people got access to mahapursh by all means go have 1-to-1 conversations and keep your conversations gupt as you please. There is no need to be post in this topic. None of us here claim to be experts. Just simple Sikh brothers and sisters walking on the path and trying to help where we can like we wished we had when we were starting out. We don't have all the answers and sometimes keep quiet if we don't know. We may be able to direct you to someone who may know but there is no pressure on anyone to do anything.
Some people just have allergic reactions when anything spiritual is discussed as if some major sin is being committed. This forum broke the taboo topic of experiences. Those of us who shared aren't suffering or regret talking about it. Any shortcomings are our own or were supposed to be a passing phenomena, not because we talked about it and Waheguru took it away. Experiences come and go.
It is very disappointing to see newcomers coming onboard seeking advice, only to be discouraged about sharing something that maybe troubling. I think it is sad since it may have taken them courage to write and post in the first place. I've seen the same members do it again and again. If you don't believe in sharing keep out of the this topic. Stop enforcing your views on others.
We have all had some kind of experience whether big or small. When you first encounter something strange and out of the ordinary it does trouble you. If it happens again well and good. If it doesn't then no big deal either, just stop being negative about it. Just keep moving forward.
Where is the average Sikh supposed to go who are not associated with any Jathabandi or those who respect all Jathabandi but are not attached to any? We Sikhs are our own worst enemy at times, constantly trying to pull each other down from the legs trying to hinder progress through indirect negativity, rather than encouraging each other and saying keep climbing.
Where are we going to learn about naam, simran or bhagti? It certainly isn't discussed in 99% of Gurdwaras near me.
I'm pleased to say this forum is one great resource for those interested on the path of naam simran. No one is on a ego trip or judgemental of those who wish to do naam simran. Everyone helps where they can and encourages where possible. There is so much knowledge contained on this site with links that has taken years to accumulate. We didn't have a clue where to look years ago. It was like searching for a needle in a haystack of where one should begin. What technique should one adopt as a beginner? What was the sounds, tastes, smells in our heads? Why was our bodies shaking etc?
So many brothers and sisters came forward and said to hell with this hidden gupt view, stood up and said we are not afraid to talk about it and are having similar experiences and issues. We want to learn, share and make progress. As we found more information on the path we shared so other's don't waste time searching like we had to. Hopefully what is being shared is helping those start their journey quicker than if everyone was working at it alone. So much time is wasted looking for answers or direction.
Bravo friends, God bless you all....
Waheguru kirpa karan.

First of all I started my post with apologies cos I knew I was going to say something u both won't agree to as per ur conversation but veer soulfinder did I say u annoyed or upset me? I respect you and u always talk about saints so I just reminded u of one the bachans of Baba Nand Singh ji. I am sorry if u felt otherwise.
And Prabhtej ji I don't know much about u, again I didn't mean to hurt anyone. Whatever I said was said on your face and not behind ur back, so Ninda of course it's not. U are mistaken on the concept.
I jumped in ur conversation because I thot that I might direct you guys towards the correct path( as per my understanding) as your conversation didn't seem correct to me but if u felt hurt again I apologise and would request you to follow ur beliefs.

Exactly. We cannot copy them. Mahapurush have different roles and duties in this world, they are sent by Nirankar Himself for certain objectives. We as householders need proper sleep, diet, exercise, and kirat to fulfill our duties and roles and to meet Nirankar ji.

@Kaur1510
I don't do Mool Mantar anymore only Gurmantar jaap. I did Mool Mantar jaap many years ago. These days I just do enough Gurmantar until any Anhad sound manifest in the head/ears then I try switch to listening to these and ease off the Gurmantar until my thoughts begin to come to the forefront. Then I slowly bring back Gurmantar whilst keeping Dhyan on anhad sounds.
Benji this is not a sprint, it's a marathon. Do what you can when you can and don't beat yourself up. Build up slowly. Just keep persevering even if it's few minute bursts.
I don't have specific routines which is not what you want to hear. You need to find what is working for you, whether that is in the morning, evening or night.
Let's say I'm doing chores (cooking, vacuuming or ironing) at home. Keep reciting Gurmantar and keep your focus on the sound of jaap don't let your surti run away on other thoughts. Do this in parallel to doing your work. That's what I do. Why waste time thinking nonsense. Keep Dhyan on Gurmantar.
If your day job requires mental effort then obviously you can't do both. Then I just use my time when I travel to work or some free time during lunch break. Go for a walk or find some where to sit and jap.

Sat Sri Akaal all
Today I spoke about saaa gras simran. Few points from the same has been jotted down
https://saadhsangat.wordpress.com/2019/12/27/saas-gras-simran/
Yeah.. it's just a fancy word these days, meditation is about - being …. About going beyond the mind and entering into dimensions of the unknown..
Meditation as a state of silent witnessing – witnessing till the stage where you are not the body, not the mind, not your emotions or sensations, in fact, that you are not even the ‘you’ you thought you were.
Here's where the details are

I have received a couple of inquiries after these posts where Gurmukhs have been asking how I have been doing Simran.. First of all I have NOT acheived anything and no special powers or something. I am nobody.
That's not being humble but the truth, I have heard Gurmukhs having Avasthas of meeting TRUE LIGHT- Being Enlightened. , Seeing Auras of others, hearing Naad and so on, me being a spec of dust to their feet, have not attained any such awastha yet. Just the eternal peace and love that I get from my Guru ji is what I intend to spread. If I succeed or inspire anyone to walk on this path, I would be more than happy.
Along with Moorakh, we have started this blog here with different pages on different topics, which I will update here too and extended version ( just in case any of sangat members want to read more) here👇

Still nascent got a reaction from Jageera in Sweet taste in mouth
Passing through a spiritual awakening process is one among the most confusing, lonely, alien- ating though supremely beautiful experiences one may undergo in life.
To Put simply, spiritual awakenings mark the beginning of your travel on the spiritual path. Without experiencing a this awakening, we under go throughout our lives pursuing the emptiness of fame, money, property, power, respect etc in an attempt to secure --Happiness.
The unsettling and equally wonderful thing about theses awakenings is that they occur at the least expected times.
There's absolutely no way you can plan them. They occur in your life and shakes everything up like earthquakes. But later the hidden gifts buried deep within them is realized, and that they occur at that exact time when you need them- the most.

Sat Sri Akaal All
You must be wondering why I created another topic when we already have a similar very successful topic here with similar heading. Haina? I agree. But let me narrate my experience and this is gonna be a long one. May take days. Please bear with me.
I have gained alot from this site and this may be my small pay back. Thanks a tonn @Sat1176. I can't thank you enough for documenting your experience here. M trying to follow you.
Ok, about two years ago I started feeling this sweet taste in my mouth. as I searched for its causes on internet, I rather got upset. All it talks about is diseases and I knew I was not unwell. Rather I felt more positive, more happy and may be more active those days.
But after reading all those negative things for caution sake i went for a Blood sugar level check up.. Ok my blood sugar was much lower .. then?? I was naturally worried.. Instead of being thankful.
I started to get annoyed as that taste appeared and I almost lost it... I got more concious of it, I noticed, there was one very strong relationship between the taste and meditation. As I sat for my paath Or thought about my Guru Sahib or spoke about him, heard his kirtan etc that sensation returned and there was nothing unpleasant about it.
Yes, it was rather a nectar. Amrit, Fruit of my meditation. And sat veere has confirmed my feelings
Sweet Nectar Taste in Mouth From Simran
Am thankful that I found out that I am not alone to get this feeling.
Guru Granth Sahib also talks about it as “ Gunge ki Mithiyaayi. “ The sweet for the mute person as he can't express his taste you see..
It was tough.. No one believed as I told them that my saliva tastes sweet… yeah that was stupid and it was better for me to be quiet about it..
Contd...

Still nascent reacted to Sat1176 in The Ringing Sound (Anhad Shabad; Sound Current)
This is the ghungroo sound. I have only heard this sound once during simran. It was the most intense clear sound I have experienced during simran. The first time I heard it frightened me because I thought someone was standing behind me shaking these but I knew I was the only one in the house. Only lasted a few seconds because I had to open my eyes to see there was nothing around me. I will never forget that day.

You shall hear the vibrations of the tinkling bells, when your mind is held steady.
