I am really sorry soulfinder veerji -- no offence but this is a Very misleading and a wrong video. Totally against the Gurbani pankti written by Kabir ji in the video itself. 
anyone listening to this video please replace the word mala with Jivha or tongue as you listen to it. Materials don't become parmesar the roop - Mann does. Human soul does. 
if we chant waheguru, we get sugandhi from INSIDE NOT FROM MAALA. if we do jaap the fruit is bestowed to our Mann not to wood or plastic simarni. Hide your inside self from negativity NOT materialistic maala.

I am no expert in this so may be @Lucky @Sat1176 @HisServant and others can throw a better light on this. But i didn't want a post like this to go bump hence here is my little insight on this.
When we meditate, sit in dhyaan and reach a level where we starr hearing SHABAD. - we should be happy that we are getting connected to our Real Guru - shabad. And that's when we have started going- INSIDE. 
Hearing and tasting ( not drinking) are initial steps of getting INSIDE. Next, once we get 'used to' - habitual - can't live without  - this lovely dhun (we r in love with it) then comes the SEEING part- Parkash!  And *Drinking the Amrit*. From here we have to see the Parkash and do it's seva by watching...

I was personally struggling to understand the difference between sunn and sehaj. Wasn't until recently I think I got finally got it. 
Sunn aka sunn samadhi is when you loose total mental and body awareness. (i.e. like deep sleep) 
Sehaj is a very relaxed drowsy state where partial awareness and no thoughts.  Happens as you come out of Sunn. (ref. https://akathkatha.in/station/simran-gyan-56/)
SGGS Ang 807 : need pa-ee, sukh sahj ghar aa-i-aa. rahaa-o.
Now when I read the above line it all makes sense. You go into Sunn and then when you come out your in a Sehaj state for a certain amount of time. 
 
There are also ways of telling if you want into Sunn or just fell asleep.

Sunn
Fall quickly into Samadhi and also when you come out it's like you suddenly awoke fully conscious and alert wondering what just happened. Last you recall is that you were doing simran with full dhyan. Feel fresh and alert when you come out samadhi. Body does not feel tired. No dreams are experienced in this state Sleep
One slowly drifts into sleep Can feel tired and lethargic when one awakes from sleep Has dreams   
One will also go into Sunn Samadhi at all stages of the path.
Saas Giras Simran ----> Sunn (no consciousness)  ---> Sehaj (regain consciousness but have no thoughts at this time) 
Saas Saas Simran ----> Sunn (no consciousness) --->Sehaj (regain consciousness but have no thoughts at this time) 
Rom Rom Simran ----> Sunn (no consciousness) --->Sehaj (regain consciousness but have no thoughts at this time) 
Listening to Sehaj Dhun --->Sunn (no consciousness) --->Sehaj (regain consciousness but have no thoughts at this time) 
Listening to Naad ----> Sunn (no consciousness) --->Sehaj (regain consciousness but have no thoughts at this time) 
 
 

Facts. Sometimes we have to witness to expand perceptions but yeah... it's pearls before swine and ahankari.

Right bro. In fact one of the two types of Amrit is Naam Amrit that you receive directly from your Bhagti. 
So whoever is saying that is trying to cut off one if the cups of Naam. 
The other way is Amrit Sanskar. 
Best to have both I reckon.

Absolutely! 
The absolute/ eternal is Sat and his divine presence is Naam which can be felt/ heard/ held by gurmukhs' only. So 'naam' in simple terms is Anhad bani, dhun, naad- shabad Guru. 
When naam becomes pargat in a gurmukh, the First nishanee is - he starts getting Amrit ras/ har ras I  his mouth. The sweet nectar taste sat veerji has mentioned in his blog here. . There are many panktis in SGGS Ji which I canmention n will support my thinking-
Amrit Har ka naam hai
Amrit naam nirmolak heera... 
Har ki katha Anahad bani
Har ka naam Amrit hai..
