Paapiman you once told me that the instruction for "Gurmukhs" to see the divine light in ALL, is actually for just Brahamgyanis, because you said it's impossible for us as humans to see the divine light in everyone. Yet very contradictory to the previous, you are supporting the commandment of women to do this very thing with their husbands... So unless you think of all women as being Brahamgyanis (and it obvious you don't since you don't even see women as fully humans and see us as a 'downgrade' to males) I don't see how you can explain yourself out of this one.
You are expecting women to do something you yourself say is only possible if you are a Bahamgyani, by seeing their husband AS God. Why would our Gurus command women to do something which is impossible??
Why do you think it's so difficult for you to see God in women - but you expect women to see God in males, nay, not only see God IN males, but see males AS God???  How can you ever expect a woman to see a man (her husband) AS God, when you say that same man is not even capable of living the qualities of what is commanded of a "Gurmukh" in Gurbani (what you say is a Brahamgyani) let alone living the qualities of our actual creator... ???
"As Gurmukh, look upon ALL with a single eye of equality, for in EACH AND EVERY heart the divine light is contained"

If her husband can not even follow the above command issued to all Gurmukhs by seeing the divine light equally in his wife (who is most definitely a part of the ALL) then how can you support commanding her to see him AS God - which is commanding her to follow an instruction you say is only possible for a "Brahamgyani"?? (btw Gurmukh means TRUE Sikh following Gurbani and living by it, not a Brahamgyani) - but I digress...
And even if a woman does see God in her husband, it certainly does NOT mean she must obey him or that she is his servant or subordinate.
And perhaps most importantly - It does NOT mean that she is any less God than he is!!!!!  You ignore this one truth...whether or not YOU personally see it: It doesn't change the fact that in reality God is in ALL equally - as we can see in the above quoted line from Gurbani (and many others as well). So whether or not the husband sees it in his wife too, the divine light is in her EQUALLY to him regardless. They are on equal level as Divine.
A loving and TRUE Gurmukh husband would recognize God in his wife equally.  And if he doesn't, then he really is not living the qualities of a Gurmukh, let alone God!
A True Gurmukh husband would look upon his wife as God as well.

Some people might have the notion that viewing husband as God is only a Hindu belief, but they are wrong. This belief is also part of Sikh ethics and values. Gurbani clearly instructs a woman to look upon her husband, as God. There might be many more arths of the Shabad below, but in this topic, the one based on sociological perspective will be discussed.

    Here is the shabad:
    ਕਲਿਜੁਗ ਮਹਿ ਮਿਲਿ ਆਏ ਸੰਜੋਗ ॥
In the Dark Age of Kali Yuga, they come together through destiny.
As long as the Lord commands, they enjoy their pleasures. ||1||
By burning oneself, the Beloved Lord is not obtained.
Only by the actions of destiny does she rise up and burn herself, as a 'satee'. ||1||Pause||
Imitating what she sees, with her stubborn mind-set, she goes into the fire.
She does not obtain the Company of her Beloved Lord, and she wanders through countless incarnations. ||2||
    ਸੀਲ ਸੰਜਮਿ ਪ੍ਰਿਅ ਆਗਿਆ ਮਾਨੈ ॥
    With pure conduct and self-restraint, she surrenders to her Husband Lord's Will;
    ਤਿਸੁ ਨਾਰੀ ਕਉ ਦੁਖੁ ਨ ਜਮਾਨੈ ॥੩॥
that woman shall not suffer pain at the hands of the Messenger of Death. ||3||
Says Nanak, she who looks upon her Husband as God,
is the blessed 'satee'; she is received with honor in the Court of the Lord. ||4||30||99||

Uthanka: A Sikh informs Satguru jee (fifth master) that a lady has become a Sati (burnt herself on pyre) with her husband today.
Context: The first tuk is talking about "sanjog", which means relation.
Therefore, it is very clear from the uthanka and the context that this shabad is talking about a spousal relationship. Four translations (including non-DDT ones) will be provided below. All of them agree that this Shabad is instructing a wife to view her husband, as God.

    1. Prof.Sahib Singh (regarded highly by Missionaries): - Please notice that Professor Sahib has used the word "Khasam", which can refers to God too.

    2. Gyani Harbans Singh jee (non-DDT):

    3. Fareedkot wala Teeka (Nirmalay scholars):

    4. Amir Bhandar (DDT):

    4. Historical Perspective - 1: - Mata Sewan jee* (a female Brahamgyani) used to consider her husband as God.

    5. Historical Perspective - 2: - Tenth master praises a woman who has never abused/cursed a man in her life.

    * - for more details on the life of Mata jee, please check the link below:

    In conclusion:
A Sikh woman is instructed to view her husband, as God. A Sikh woman does not need to burn on the pyre of her husband, to prove that she is a Sati. A Sikh widow must look upon the Almighty God, as her husband. Women should not be forced to burn on husband's pyre. Coercion is not permitted in this case. Women, who are forced to burn on their husband's pyre, may or may not be Satis. Both males and females should look upon the Almighty God, as their husband.

Try this. Sit down, a kambal over your shoulders. Relax your body and listen to the ringing sound, which is Anhad Naad. Let go and let the samadhi take you. Have no expectations of what it should look like or feel, just let it take you.

I believe gurbani. The khel is beyond logic. Everything is Karam and everything is a khel, derived from Nothing. If one goes to hell, it’s Karam. But in reality hell is an illusion as is the khel. It’s beyond logic. We cannot comprehend it, using worldly logic... it can only be experienced and felt. And the path of Truth discovery never ends.

Try reading and applying the gyan of gurbani to your life (Truthful living) and taking to long simran sessions from 12pm onwards. Go deep into your samadhi and discover it.

To be a bhagat, you need to recognize the dark and light as God. Love is the reality, and it’s the good and the bad, the Dukh and the Sukh. The reality isn’t all just beauty and sunshine. It’s both the dark and the light for All is Him.

Sorry bhen ji i was mistaken lol. You are 100% correct as it does need to be shown the path of darkeness before we can value the light. Also guru sahib jis kirpa is need to get out of the dark circle which you mentioned.

You’ll know when you’re ready for it. You need to leave duality behind and realise that the world is an illusion, it’s all just God, ie Nirboah and Nirvair. Fall in Love with Him. Then it’s not just a kundalini awakening, it’s Love.

True. Look at Guru Nanaks family.

True about friends and family. I’ve been literally shamed, ridiculed, humiliated, bullied etc because I don’t drink. Our extended families are known to be drinkers, the men and women. For them it’s a shame not to drink, as it’s said to be part of the family name. I’m a female and I’ve felt it a lot.

Just cut them out. Don't matter who they are. Anyone bringing your down one way or the other, see them as your enemy. Be free from these bounds, doesn't matter if blood relations or whtv nonsense. When you are rising, people even your parents will unconsciously or consciously try to pull your down to their level.

Sad you went through that.. amazing that you are okay now. My relative sadly passed away of alcoholism and my other relative was an alcoholic and now sober. They went to aa, therapy, do paath and mindfullness meditation early in the mornings, excercise A lot daily. Yoga is a miracle too, try it. You know more than I do what to do because you’ve been through it.

    Brother,
the science offers goodness, it is we the people who use it for bad purposes.
For example like a knife, one can use it to cut vegeatbles to prepare food, while in a bad way some use it to harm others.
Science by itself can never be bad, it is the misuse of it, that is bad, and makes the world worse.

    Just Drop💧
Once a Crow, holding on to a piece of meat was flying to find a place to sit & eat.
However, an Eagle started chasing it.
The crow was anxious and was flying higher and higher, yet the eagle was after the poor crow.
Just then "Garuda" saw the plight and  pain in the eyes of the crow.
Garuda being the bird of wisdom spoke "Oh my friend!! That eagle is not after you to kill you!!
It is after that piece of meat that you are holding in your beak.
Just drop it and see what will happen”.
The crow followed the advice of Garuda and dropped the piece of meat,
and there you go, the eagle flew towards the falling meat.
Garuda smiled and said "The Pain is only till you hold on to it. Just Drop it”.
The crow bowed and said "I dropped this piece of meat, now, I can fly even higher”.
Do you carry  the huge burden called "Ego,"
which creates a false identity about us,
saying "I need love, I need to be invited, I am so and so.. etc..." ???
    -Just Drop.💧
Do you get irritated fast by "others’ actions"
it may be a friend, parents, children, a colleague, life partner...
and get the fumes of "anger "? - Just Drop.💧
Do you compare yourself with others..
in beauty, wealth, life style, marks, talent and appraisals and feel disturbed with such comparisons and negative emotions ?
     - Just Drop💧
    Just drop the burden  💧💧💧
    And evolve & fly Higher.....

    On being judgemental

We judge others when we think we are superior and other people are inferior to us.
We think we are much better human beings and they are an inferior type of human being….
The purpose of meditation of Nam bhakti is to eliminate the ego.
When one is able to eliminate the ego, then you don’t think you are superior at all….
And then you start realizing what your real self is, your insignificance.
And when that realization comes, we don’t see humans at all, we see his light in every human being.
We become humble before Waheguru Akal Purukh,  the Father of all and everything...

    The Shabd is in all.
When we direct our consciousness within
    and realize the Shabd,
we begin to understand the folly of self
    and the oneness of everything.
We begin to comprehend that everything is God’s will
    – that all is exactly as it is supposed to be.
    That understanding becomes complete
when our consciousness goes beyond the mind,
when we can escape the separate, sad, lonely world of the self
and see the Lord inside us and everyone.
