    I don’t want to feel something. When I listen kirtan I feel something else I feel like I am somewhere else and I stay still. It doesn’t usually happen and it’s hard to explain.

    WJKK WJKF Sometimes when I listen to kirtan and I properly focus by listening not saying I feel nothing and I see nothing and it feels like I am somewhere else. What is this and why does it happen?

    Yes but it is my first time doing Sehaj Path so I thought just do it but I do read the translation afterwards No I have asked my local Gurdwara but they said they are not doing it yet

    I can focus on the 5 banis in the morning but it is Sehaj Path that I struggle with. And no I am not Amrithdhari. And no I don’t but do ardas before doing any bani because I didn’t know until you just told me (please tell me what to say in the ardas) thanks

    I can’t keep on focusing on gurbani while doing Path I don’t know why but I want to know how I can focus on gurbani. I focus for a bit but then I start thinking about something else and I forget to do focus on gurbani

    WJKWJF I have started Sehaj Path(not long ago) and this is my first time doing it. I have heard recently that something happens when you have read the middle of SGGS Ji Sehaj or Akhand Path like make deg or something and I want to know what you have to do once you have read the middle of SGGS Ji and whether you do it after you have read the middle, before or while reading the middle of SGGS Ji. bhul cuckh mafh WJKWJF

    WJKWJKF I believe in Dasam Granth but I have had people say to me that it is fake so if you think that it is fake please tell with proof. WJKWJKF
