  1. which books have been published by gyani kirpal singh?
  2. they dont need to do anything, people that want to find the site, will find it.
  3. here is baba gurbachan singh ji's views, ^^listen to the whole file, around 6:30 sant ji's view becomes crystal clear. http://gurmatveechar.com/audio/katha/01_Puratan_Katha/Sant_Gurbachan_Singh_%28Bhindran_wale%29/Guru_Granth_Sahib_Larivaar_Katha/Volume_14_Ang_1254-1351/032--Sant.Gurbachan.Singh.%28Bhindran.wale%29--Raag.Malaar--Ang-1289.%28Vaar%29.mp3
  4. a good way to start would be to first learn/re-learn moharni with an ustaad that has done santhia. After that do nitnem/panj granthi santhia with an ustaad. Upon doing both of these you should begin to understand the basics of where vishraams, jamkees, bindis, adhaks, halants, etc. are to be put in. If you have time, do Guru granth sahib ji santhia with an ustaad, there are many in the UK. If you don't have time to go to regular classes you can use a combination of the santhia recordings on gurmatveechar.com and the other taksal websites, as well as bhagat jaswant singh's (Bhagat ji's) vishraam pothi (gursewak.com). The pothi is an amazing resource to teach yourself, however, before using the pothi you need to already understand basics such as moharni, how to pronounce each letter, and the basics of where adhaks are inserted.
  5. in short, jsingh and cul have answered your question, but if you want a deeper answer that explains the different types of karams (paralabdh, kirimaan, sanchit), what they are, how they are formed, how they are destroyed, what they are responsible for, etc...listen to baba hari singh's katha on gurmatveechar.com, it comes under present day katha->baba hari singh->karam katha. Also, if you listen to it, also make sure you listen to the saakhian at the end.
  6. its an excellent resource, but I wouldn't call it shudh santhia
  7. the tika is pretty much the transcribed version of the japji sahib katha on gurmatveechar.com by baba gurbachan singh. Listen to it if u cant find a copy to read. Listening will also save you hours of reading time as baba gurbachan singhs katha is very fast. Gyani takhur singhs katha of jap ji sahib is also similar to the steek.
  8. rajkaregakhalsa.net keertan.org gurbaniupdesh.com (i believe it is .com) all 3 have paath of the saloks by gyani ram singh. Don't download the mp3 version though, download the other one as it is better quality.

    Jap(u)

Sikhvibes.com->kirtan->nitnem santhia->bhagat jaswant Singh or something like that
  10. Singh2, I realize that you have good intentions, but if you think online debate will go anywhere you are misguided. "Khalsa fauj" has been proven wrong so many times on so many message boards on so many topics but still insists that everyone other then him, darshan Singh and jeeonwala are bahmans in paggs. All you accomplish by posting on message boards is give them fuel to come up with more contrived nonsense. Live debate is the only solution but I doubt that will even work because the basic understanding of sikhi differs so greatly between both groups. If you really want to counter these clowns, perhaps you should work on making dasam Granth literature, steeks and katha more accessible to youth (e.g. translate the work of prominent scholars, record katha of dasam bani by sampardai gyanis whom are abundant in Cali, etc.).
  11. I dont know about you guys, I'm really starting to like the terms mangos and mangowala. Balbir Singh has been posting on forums probably for years now, and even has his own website, but his greatest contribution to the world has been introducing the kirtam naam of mangowala. Since this thread isn't going anywhere (hint hint admin), I would like to propose a question to balbir singh: If one does jaap of the mantar "mangowala" what will the phal of such a jaap be?
  12. holy crap. singh2, khalsa fauj and balbir singh are all like an uncontrollable virus that won't stop until they take over ever thread on every msg board on the internet. Here, I'll save all of you time and write the tat sidhant each of you are trying to preach: singh2: Khalsa fauj and SPN are a bunch of kala afghana heretic pseudo neosikhs The Khalsa Fauj: I am the personification of tat gurmat, the rest of you are bahmans wearing paghs Balbir Singh: Say Sat Sri Akal, eat mangoes as given by the true guru. Mod's Note: As gsingh00 pointed out, this thread has became personal battle ground. Topic closed for obvious reasons. Balbir singh let us know when you get hold of full katha and share it with us, we might re-consider re-opening this thread but for now its closed.
  13. read bhagat jee's pothi, 113-114, or listen to baba gurbachan singh's katha, the arth are beautifully done
  14. Balbir Singh wrote: "Please do this favor to the whole mankind. Provide one reference from the reverend Gurus where they say that 'as one reads bani, naam will automatically be absorbed inside of you'. I will also be grateful." obviously a sikh is to do jaap of gurmantar, Baba Hari Singh is not trying to say that gurmantar jaap isn't important; it is a must. However, gurbani is much more than just updesh to jap naam, gurbani is naam roop in itself.
