I heard Sarbloh bibek is a difficult rehit, and used to be practised by Akali Baba Surjeet Singh Budha Dal. I hear it is impossible in western countries due to lack of drinking water wells and I heard Canada Nihang Singhs have an alternative rehit for using water not from wells. I also hear some Sarbloh bibekis won't even eat from their wives?

There is reference (in Sri Sooraj Prakaash Granth) to the flame shapeshifting when Sri Satguru jee (Tenth Master) was doing a Gurmat Havan to manifest Sri Bhagauti jee.

That's really good that you do Chandi Di Vaar and Ugardanti. Have you read Shastar Naam Mala or any of the Chandi Chirtars or Bhagauti Astotar ?

I just gave up milk. I can still eat yogurt and some hard cheeses. However this probably did result in vitamin D deficiency, I just don't eat enough meat/egg/fish products compared to milk daily.
Dairy products contain histamine, so there is more likeluy to be phlegm. I have to avoid all dairy products due to histamine content during summer, to keep my hayfever away, works most of the time.

Maybe that Dohra will be recited when someone does 125,000 (Sava Lakh) recitations accompanied with a Havan (with kund, fire, incense, etc).

ipledgeblue reacted to HSD in Brits To Erect Statue Of Jinnah
It goes back further than 1947. They supported the sulleh in the 30s when they tried to ban jhatka - most likely to prevent Sikhs from carrying on their insurrection that started in 1919. The start point is the late 1840s when the sulleh came out in support of the british occupation of Punjab. In some parts of Pakistan they derogatively refer to Punjabi muslims as ‘black british’.

Do you feel like drinking tea or coffee?
Do you feel like eating eggs or meat?
Some of the Rehats followed in Taksaal are mainly meant for people, who are students in Taksaals. You are not a Taksaali. So don't worry too much about their Maryada for now.

yes I do, have been since before the pandemic started.
do you get enough sleep? maybe take extra naps to take your mind off things as well. I often fall asleep while listening to gurbani paat or keertan and have a nap. For myself, the typical 8-9 hour work day plus any commute time used to heighten my anxiety, I even went to a&e one day before the pandemic because I thought I was having a heart attack. However things are much better now since I work from home, or even if I commute as long as I can get a nap that also relaxes me as well. I use naps to get rid of stress and anxiety.

do you have any stress on your life, such as work, commuting, school college uni?
Those are the kind of factors that actually affect my sikhi jeevan, and I have seen some people really go downwards due to these stressful activities. Stress can make a human behave differently, and activate base instincts in humans.
