Have you got full blood work (including Vitamin D testing) done?
Do you practice Celibacy?
Do you take cold showers on a daily basis?

buy some equipment from Argos, they have good deals going on at the moment. Also get some kettlebells, or desi clubs are event better.
I am currently using the dumbells and barbell I got from Argos a few years ago.  They come with plastic weights, but I have added on metal weights which I obtained later. I use the kettlebells for desi type exercises as well as the random squat here and there.
The pandemic and and remote working has enabled me to workout more regularly.
Which reminds me, my barbell has been in the garage for over a year, I need to bring it inside to my office room.

Nowadays it is more likely for women to be dressed nungi and men to be fully dressed, and the nangi girls might be able to use pictures like the above to justify some equality.So there are still nanga sadhus now, I think most sadhnis are clothed but there are probably a small minority that are dressed nangi, I heard this happened to Mai Bhago when she became a sadhni whilst being a bodyguard of Guru Gobind Singh, until the other Singhs protested at the lack of clothing, I think this is in Suraj Prakash.

yes choc cereal or any sweet cereal need to cut down due to sugar content. Maybe eat porridge oats more, they are supposed to be really healthy. I rarely eat cereal now.
Also a lot of cereals have wheat, and the kind of hybrid wheat for cereal and bread used these days is unhealthy compared to other grains and wild wheat grains. Look at what roti use to be made of back in Guru Nanak ji times. Used to be made from ghodre da atta.

exactly, we need to follow grihast jeevan which requires to get a life partner at a decent age ie marry young. This was promoted by Guru Nanak and is an important part of sikhi!
And since we no longer respect this, our community is falling under th 5 vikaar/panj chorr.

It is a good idea to remember the Gots of your parents and grandparents.
Sikhs don't have to use their Gots, as their surnames to follow this maryada. You can remember the Gots, without using it officially. It's only 4 gots which you have to remember man.
