    Do you guys know of any other mahapurkhs in and around Fraidkot or Sangrur? I am going to Hazur Sahib and am hoping i get a chance to meet Baba Kulwant Singh Jee. Just to see a mahapurkh even from a distance would be a blessing.

    I will be going to Punjab in at the end of March and with Guru Sahibs blessings was hoping to have darshan of Baba Ji. Does anyone have Baba jis contact information, i think he is doing Seva in Sultanpur Lodhi but am not sure if he will be there. Does anyone know if he gives time to meet sangat who want darshan/bachans. Thanks in advance.

    Sat, that's great, what you described is "reverse breathing" which apparently helps to concentrate energy in a more focussed way, i will start to practice this. Cheers,

    Can someone please clarify the silent breathing simran technique, am i right in assuming when we inhale "Wahe" the navel is pushing out and when we exhale "Guru" the navel is pulled in. Thanks......this is a great topic!
