There is no need to throw them out of states. These migrants have left their individual states to work in other states and they should be given work while keeping very close watch on their activities. Bihar/Uttar Pradesh(U.P) is known to have the majority of criminals. Punjab may be inviting criminals and giving them shelters without knowing it. There is no system to check their background. Do you think the ladies are safe in Punjab or in any other state from this migration? Bihari/UP migrants are very big problems for the other states. There is a huge abortion rate of illegal pregnancies ( Mostly by Bihari/U.P migrants) in Punjab. If you know any good Doctor ask him and he will verify this. They come to other states for work and later either rape farmer's women/daughters or run away with them to Bihar/UP. Punjab police can present numerous cases to show the growing criminal activities. The main issue is their growing political power in a state which is not their parent state. I do not believe in discrimination as Sikh but here the issue is harboring criminals in your territory as there is no criminal check. Prakash Singh Badal and BJP will not stop them as long as their vote bank is safe. Ashutosh's organization will get the support as long as he secures the votes for political parties. Paramjit Singh Sarna is another political leader who is trying to get into Punjab's politics. Sikhs should not become puppet of any political leaders at all. They need to bring awareness in locals and force government to make laws of not allowing voting rights to outsiders. They have voting rights in their own states. They are in other states to work and there should not be any discrimination to offer work as long as they qualify but strict rules for owning properties and voting rights.

Prakash Singh Badal is from Akali/BJP party. All "Panthic" organizations of Punjab support or ally "Sarna brothers" of Delhi. Sarna brothers are ally of congress which makes them threat for the BJP/Akali party. The migrants of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh (U.P) are big vote bank for the BJP/Akali. They are growing in numbers day by day as more migrants are moving to Punjab. They have been given voting rights and local accommodations. The situation will become worst in future as state governments will be dependent on migrants vote bank increasingly and Punjabi/Sikhs votes going down with their migrations to western world. It is my personal opinion that there was no need to shoot protestors. They could have been stopped with tear gases easily if state thought they were threat to anyone. It is very dirty politics and unfortunately innocent Sikhs became victims. I feel really sorry for the ones who lost their lives in this dirty politics. May God bless their souls. We need good leaders who can represent the original population of Punjab and ensure that their ( original Populations of Punjab's) religious practices are safe. I believe everyone had belief prior to converting/adopting Sikh Dharma. It is the belief of Artisans community to worship Shri Vishakarma. I have seen in Gurdwaras with labels "Ramgariah Gurdwara" Shri Vishakarma idol. Punjabis including Artisans & farmers take day off on Vishakarma day in Punjab.

I have not finished listening to his Katha yet. I believe he is speaking from his own spiritual level. We should not take his words literally as that will create confusions.

As per my instructor we should study in half an hour segments. We should divide our study chapters in half an hour each and go over them. This method recommends study for half an hour and then take a short break and stretch and then go over your next segment. It also asks us to repeat whatever we are studying at least several times.
