"Who engages in intercourse whilst naked, Or who bathes while naked, let him be regarded as a grevious offender. Do they just mean kachera also how do married couples, you know... with kachera? thanks

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh I would just like to ask a question regarding the kirtan of 'Aarti'. As we all know there is a particular popular tune that is played for all of the Aarti shabads, I do not really know much about raag but enough to know that the shabads are obviously not being sung in thier written raag, as the tune is the same for all of them but they are headed with different raag titles. So I would just like to know if anyone knows what is the origin of this tune of Aaarti? And also was there ever a time when all Aarti shabads were sung in their specified raags? What I don't understand is how the entire Aarti would flow if this was to be done. Are there any recordings of such Aarti available? Thanks for your time
