  1. if that is what I think it may be, then you'll know within coming days and next few weeks.
  2. Protons, neutrons and electrons make up all the molecules of Sargun existence. However, there is an empty space of 99.99% in each single atom. This empty void is throughout all existence. You don't need to guess what that void actually is!
  3. I wouldn't need convincing. @paapiman What if I said to you that "I can do Sift Salah of Waheguru whilst my body may be dancing(bhangra)" ? and yes, I did try it and I was praising and doing bhajan of Akaal purakh in my mind. In my understanding, those saas that I took whilst dancing and praising Waheguru, should get accounted for my naam wealth. I didn't wastes those saas with any other thoughts
  4. Hari Hari is a powerful mantar. I've been attending Kundalini Yoga for quite a few years. I also do Bikram hatha yoga on occasions when I don't attend weekly. In Kundalini, there are many mantras used and I wouldn't say har har is used more than others. Sat-naam is used, so is Wahe-guru, ang sang Waheguru, Chatar chakar varti, ek onkar satgur prasad, Gobinday mukanday as well as har-har-har-har-Gobinday........and there are a number of others. However, I've never come across "HAR HAR Waheguru" as you mention above(bold) A few years ago, I mentioned on the meditation forum about how I personally experienced the power of Har Har mantra and I recently mentioned it with regards to it's pronunciation on Bhagat Singh's thread below.. You have to remember that the Sri Guru Granth sahib ji is for all of humanity and mankind. Doesn't matter what religion or origins someone is from, the gurbani can be applied by all. This is why it references shabads with different mantars and doesn't stick with single gurmantar. I don't know about that because "sohang" is in gurbani. ang1093 ਨਾਨਕ ਸੋਹੰ ਹੰਸਾ ਜਪੁ ਜਾਪਹੁ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਣ ਤਿਸੈ ਸਮਾਹਿ ॥੧॥ Nānak sohaʼn hansā jap jāpahu ṯaribẖavaṇ ṯisai samāhi. ||1|| O Nanak, chant the chant of 'Sohang hansaa' - 'He is me, and I am Him.' The three worlds are absorbed in Him. ||1|| ang 1162 ਸੋਹੰ ਸੋ ਜਾ ਕਉ ਹੈ ਜਾਪ ॥ Sohaʼn so jā ka▫o hai jāp. Chant "Sohan" - "He is me.
  5. It's grains(brown rice, quinoa) with mixture of vegetables, protein and tahini or ginger sauce. You can google and you'll find a whole load of different recipes. Have a look below to get an idea....... https://www.tasteofhome.com/article/whats-a-buddha-bowl/ We always add some fruit in addition,... like fresh pineapple, oranges, pear..and give it a cook on the griddle until grill marks appear. It's not really a diet per se and I'm having it about 4 days a week. Especially on days when workout is mainly weights without cardio. That way testosterone levels are up, especially with foods like soya beans, avocado and spinach. I started this some weeks ago and needed a method to increase muscle mass without having to worry about weight gain in the wrong areas. It seems to be going pretty well so far with results coming along. I was using huldee root for quite a while and cutting it up to put in nutribullet smoothies. The main problem was the stains it would leave on my hands that wouldn't always wash off easy. I think I'm gonna stick with the powder and just have it like a yoghurt sauce with black peppercorns and see how it goes.
  6. You got it. Everything operates in harmony of brahm. You can only succeed on the path if you can conform to these same vibrations. Dancing has been used for connecting by most civilizations around the world. The "roms" are the first to vibrate in rhythm if it's in line with the truth. That's why you can tell when someone is moving there body from within and connecting externally. We all say that the person's heart is in it, but it's much more than that.
  7. I'm no expert on language, but from what I know about the mantar "HARi" ..it is pronounced with the sihari "ee" sound as Bhagat mentions. With this specific mantar as well as other mantars there is the science behind them of "completion" The "completion" is about the rolling of the tongue on to the roof of the mouth. It only has to be slight and subtle, but without it the mantar would be incomplete. I mentioned a long time ago of how I noticed the power of the 'HARi" mantar in my yoga classes. For those with activated pineal glands that drip with amrit/nectar/soma, they can notice how the jap of "HARi" can immediately stimulate the sweet taste of nectar. This ONLY works if you jap HARi with the slight "ee" sound that causes your tongue to make a slight roll on the roof of the mouth. Try it!....... When saying "HAR", you don't get that slight subtle roll that it finishes off with thanyou would get with saying the "ee" at the end. I was instructed that the HARi mantar must be done with the slight tongue roll on roof of the mouth, and this was done with uttering a slight but subtle "ee" sound at the end. It's no wonder that in gurbani the "Hari" jap is mostly associated with references to amrit. "amrit bani har har teree" ..."amrit har ka naam hai" .."amrit shabad, amrit har bani" and many more.
  8. Have a read of this previous post and especially........... Now, I started training and dancing in a bhangra group from age 13 to 17yrs old. Everything that I learned in terms of the dance moves, the beats, the thaals, the significance and meanings etc.. there was nothing neechpuna. Nothing that's sending me to hell! Some dances we learned and performed were about Hari's creation and the beauty of the flowers, the nature, the birds .etc.. These were performed with boliyan that were in praise of hari. ...they would then lead on to dance and boliyan about how the beautiful pastures were cultivated for lentils, wheat, rice and how they were harvested. For someone that was 3rd generation, born and raised amidst all goray; it was my first active involvement with something Punjabi and cultural. It was only at that age that I started recognizing and appreciating some sort of identity. I'd say that it was the beginning; for making me the Punjabi that I am today. I don't give a hoots about the people that slag off bhangra and the UK bhangra scene that started in mid 80s, because I know that it saved many of our 2nd and 3rd generation immigrants from becoming whitewashed coconuts. None of the nowaday 1st, 2nd or 3rd Gen.Punjabis have any idea of what the earlier generations endured and had to go through to pave the way for the future.
  9. *Physical exercise workouts. 30 minutes minimum per day. *Nootropics *Yoga execise or stretches where one has top of head inverted (standing on head), too increase blood flow to brain area. This will improve brain function and capacity. * and of course.......meditation and simran.
  10. It was very interesting to read that and the Newcastle uni Dr.'s study. I realized that i'm simply not taking enough. Need a teaspoon or more per day. Huldee is fat-soluble, meaning it wont dissolve or be absorbed as effectively in water base product. Using oil base or hot milk is good. I'm not a fan of hot milk version and am going to try it mixed in yoghurt with ground black peppercorns...and a little salt? Not sure if this would be as effective? ...seems to dissolve quite well. Will give it a 14-21 day trial whist doing my intense workout regime and see how it goes. Doing Buddha bowl diet at same time and may see what else I can mix it in with.
  11. Yes, it is mostly crap that you'll find online. This is definitely possible. You CAN have the necessary info revealed to you, but only in bhagti as far as I'm aware. Whatever is necessary, and that which would help in further spiritual development can be revealed to you. You can learn much more about yourself and purpose than you could from some other science. It comes via sunn, because that's where it is stored. Every time you take entrees into chautha padh, whether momentarily or for long periods: you gain access to this information. You're surti has already been into the zones of chauthapadh(outside of rajogun, tamogu and satogun), because of the levels you are at. Only what is necessary is what you will need to know, -->This, is the primary fact you have to remember. It can take a while to start piecing the piece of the jigsaw together, but the universal play(Gobind) can begin to make more sense. Definitely helps motivate you further and I'm sure you will be able to. I have a fair idea about myself and would say it's enough for me at this stage. One can also realize the pre-ordained that may have been re-written due to ones bhagti (raising of surti-consciousness) The knowledge is undeniably one strong reason for further growth in prem as well as correlating with hukam. It can give a real direction and purpose for one's life that can aid in developing maya dissociation skills. The shabad can be used, especially if you have naam/shabad. i.e. when you cross the 1st bhavsagar. I have no idea if someone can obtain it in any other way, and quite frankly, I wouldn't be interested. There is no doubt, that ALL of us have practiced some degree of devotional worship in our previous lives-> reason for this janam. Gurbani says.."Pūrab janam bẖagaṯ kar ā▫e gur har har har har bẖagaṯ jama▫ī▫ā." (Because of devotional worship in my past incarnations, I have been born into this life. The Guru has inspired me to worship the Lord, Har, Har, Har, Har.) I will tell you what I know and understand in this matter as per truth in gurbani. The main tip I'd suggest is to have pavan balanced. When pavan is balanced, your thoughts will be in hukam. Certain cluster thoughts can arise suddenly in this state whist samaoing into the shabad. (need to understand difference between cluster & sequential thoughts-->google or can elaborate). In the past, I followed this method with reference to sikhi's understanding of "Thoughts" . Thoughts are maya (Rajo, tamo or sato) and are associated with elements pavan, fire and water. My initial insights/awareness of this knowledge were in these states of hukam. I can give you further details in pm about other forms of how this stuff can reveal itself. But you should get the idea, and you may have already been made aware but didn't realize it. You should also check this previous thread for more info ...
  12. That's just one of the insignias. This is if you follow the japna techniques and focus on the dhun. Eventually you should hear the shabd dhun and it is 24/7 an-din. This is just one nishanee if following this practice method. There's a couple of other nishanees that I'm aware of but I'm sure there will be many more in gurbani. Tricky part. What happens is that when you still the mind, you will hear it. Objective is to be aware of it whilst getting on with the day. It's an ongoing development process where one starts learning to conquer the mind. There's lots of stages in this conquering starting of with deep khoj within and learning to distinguish between mann's mat and Gur-mat. ie. immediately identifying if your decision making was man-mat or gurmat. It's not from anyone in particular but from what I've summed up from various sources over the years, my own insights (aatmic gyan), experiences and gurbani. It seems to follow the flow of gurbani that I'm understanding. Naam being pargat is a very important milestone and breakthrough point. Gurbani clarifies this especially the significance of being out of lakh chaurasi and getting naam amrit. If you like; I can give you an idea of the deeper explanations in pm, since they are not suitable for open forum, even though it's all in gurbani. Let me know, but It may be a few days or so as I'll be busy with my 'body & spirit' building regimes!
  13. What do you mean by this? Sure. A few ways explaining this as per gurbani. Let's say that after doing japna, one starts to hear the shabad or a dhun It can be very faint at first, and can even be 'hit or miss'. There's stages where it disappears and remerges again, stages when it vanishes every time you try to listen in. Even stages when it can go away for a good while until one makes some efforts again. At these levels, its not pargat. it's not 24/7. When shabad gets pargat, there are different nishanees in gurbani about what a sevak may experience in meditation and even in everyday life. When these changes and experiences occur, it becomes 24/7. Becomes pargat. It is now called NAAM, the sound of guru's voice, coming from his mukh, Sevak is following path of gurmukh. The shabad is naam and naam is shabad. It's all EK. As well as this, if sevak starts doing everything in tune with this Naam, then he/she will be in hukam of satguru. ਏਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ਹੁਕਮੁ ਹੈ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਆ ਬੁਝਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥੫॥ Ėko nām hukam hai Nānak saṯgur ḏī▫ā bujẖā▫e jī▫o. ||5|| The One Name is the Lord's Command; O Nanak, the True Guru has given me this understanding. ||5|| Guidance of gurbani can show every individual there own verification and nsishanees that they've reached this Naam pargat avastha.
  14. The energy generated from super positive sangat and the cloud of divine spirit around you can certainly kick you up a few notches. I've encountered this a few times and it leaves you feeling elevated without having made too much effort. These sounds should become one, so to say. I think the intentions and pre-conditioning of mind really plays a big role here. I wouldn't advise you continue searching for the same sound again, the bell, chimta, drums etc. I remember that I'd always say to myself "OK, got it,..heard that now.. what next ?" For me, I was able to get through these until they become a single sound. eko naam, eko shabad. It may help if you try and disciple your inner mind in this way. If you can, then it can be very beneficial in your own self-development because you may awaken to the hidden depths of your mann. As I always say; listen, acknowledge and then move on. Don't worry too much about them because they won't go anywhere. You hear them at first, then they fade and become one. You follow that one and then you will hear them again when you are at the darbar. There, they are called panj shabad. Anand sahib bani says "vajay panch shabad tit ghar subhagay" At that stage, you're completely out of Kaal's desh (maya) and in chautha pad. The 5 dhuts will be left outside the door behind you (panj dhut tudh vas kithay kaal kantakh mariya). I said some time ago; the shabads are kind of preliminary, as if heard earlier as nishanees and signs of progress. Sometimes, they call these pavan shabads to differentiate them from the panj shabads that are heard in the darbar as opposed to outside the darbar. as @BhagatSingh suggested above, "stay chill as if it's nothing" I'd probably add, "wait for what's next?" Thunder like "gobind gajay" Lightening like light and then the all cooling rain of amrit. Can be felt on every single rom of your body as if it's raining. Gurbani mentions a few of these "amrit varkhai,.. amrit varsai" shabads. ^^Next time^^ Just let it be and let the experience take your consciousness. Give your mann and mat to satguru. The first time this happened, I had the immediate first 2 lines of the below shabad come into head. "ja-o tao prem khelan ka cha-o, sir dhar tali gali meri a-o". I immediately put my joined hands on my laps as if in open hath-jor mudra pose, akin to giving an offering. Then, visualized/imagined putting all my consciousness/surti to the Guru and let him do whatever. What happened next, was completely out of this realm. ਜਉ ਤਉ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਖੇਲਣ ਕਾ ਚਾਉ ॥ Ja▫o ṯa▫o parem kẖelaṇ kā cẖā▫o. If you desire to play this game of love with Me, ਸਿਰੁ ਧਰਿ ਤਲੀ ਗਲੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਉ ॥ Sir ḏẖar ṯalī galī merī ā▫o. then step onto My Path with your head in hand. ਇਤੁ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਪੈਰੁ ਧਰੀਜੈ ॥ Iṯ mārag pair ḏẖarījai. When you place your feet on this Path, ਸਿਰੁ ਦੀਜੈ ਕਾਣਿ ਨ ਕੀਜੈ ॥੨੦॥ Sir ḏījai kāṇ na kījai. ||20|| give Me your head, and do not pay any attention to public opinion. ||20|| I've heard that too or may have seen the same video. I can say, that rom rom makes things much easier and that's why I'm always encouraging it. Some people can get it pargat early on, whereas others get it later.
  15. Ok. This sounds all good. Funny thing is that I had these cricket like sounds come twice. They were there in early stages and then re-emerged in later stages. Must have been some blocked energy channels(sukham) that needed re-activating. We all have different areas that need addressing at separate times and that's why people experience sounds in differing patterns. These are also very good and I sort of understand what they are (from my own experiences). It's what they lead to and what can follow along the same path, that is of importance. I can't say much about this on open forum due to a few reasons, but I think I gave some hints in pm not long ago. You should raise your surti(consciousness) by continuing simran to get to next levels. When this happens, you will find more nishanees/avasthas in gurbani. This is always the final verification and re-assurance from guru. As the gurbani rapport builds up "Guru maneyo granth" starts becoming apparent. If I don't find my answer in gurbani, then I know my experience wasn't part of the path or avastha. This takes practice and it's certainly possible. As @BhagatSingh veer (below) said above; you can meditate on it. The anhad will be 24/7 when pargat. You can tune into it any time, any place. I practiced a few weeks by using some earplugs and blocking out everything external. I did 2-3 hour sessions, three times per 24hr-day (about 9hr/day total). Session at amrit vela and at least 2 or more sittings during the day. I was able to amp up and start differentiating between the frequencies. You can start identifying several different frequency tones and it will make you appreciate the numerous raags in gurbani. I recommend the "hearos" brand ear plugs, since they were the most comfortable and strong at 33 decibal noise reduction. The ear plugs certainly helped to intensify the shabad during those few weeks. I don't need to use them now unless it's noisy in the house or the street, but the magnitude continues to increase and change. The shabad-dhun is very powerful and its not just a dhun. It can guide you in the most unexplainable ways if you let your self be the chela. Along with gurbani, you will come to realize just how easy Guru Nanak ji made it. Shabad gets your naam pargat and naam itself becomes the shabad. That's your direct passport, visa and flight to get to EK ,..hence Nanak Naam Jahaz hai
  16. Thanks, been quite busy with my own schedule. Sounds like the 5 tat colors. An earlier post not long ago by Sat1176 highlighted the Mind and 5 tat maya. Remember that the Mind is born into sukham maya and "eih man panch tat tay janamaa" Let them come, acknowledge, and then move on.. Recommend that you try and listen to this. Try to move attention around the head, left, right, above, behind.. to try and see if you can grab it. OR just try and stay Central, neither left or right. Thoughts are always going to be coming. The key is not to attach to them. That's what a mantra is used for. Its a tool(tra) for the mind(man),.."man-tra" Let the thoughts come and leave themselves. If the thoughts grab away your focus, then us the mantra to try and bring the mind back. You keep doing it until steady and in towards sunn. You've already been in and out of sunn without realizing since you hear the high pitched tones. You should do both. Set your own time allocations and start off by doing simran session with saas saas. This can be anything from seconds to minutes,...until you get to the steady, settled, and calm state. Then go into 'antarghat'-internal jap. Just try and get deeper, and deeper within yourself. Listen to the tone(s), if you can hear them. If they help you get deeper, then use them to do that....and keep going.
  17. Bhagat ji, I agree and know exactly what you're saying. My mention of "roop, na rekh, na rang" as per gurbani was tailored to address HisServant's concern and query onmwhether he was en-route to seeing the parkash/presence of brahm everywhere and 3rd eye/drib dristee. There is a difference between what forms and shapes you see as per tre-guna maya and what one can see as they start tearing the veil of illusion (Kiv kurhai tutai pal). I can kinda understand why practitioners warn students about "akaars" and how they can become one's own hurdles. That topic is quite an in depth discussion that would need it's own thread, but in short, and as per my own experiences and obstacles.... @HisServant, is experiencing something quite similar to something I had a few years ago. I went around the long route via my own hindrances, but the main answer was in gurbani all the while...the "shabad". The shabad starts off as very faint, but with time and simran, it gets to higher frequency/vibration and becomes anhad naad. Guru Nanak ji advises the "shabad". the anhad shabad. if you can hear the anhad, which HisServant can,.. then he should put dhyian there to establish the connection and dristee will automatically follow. After Guru nanak ji explained the shabad to the siddhas, (Shabad guru surat dhun chela), he was asked... ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਹੋਤੋ ਰੇਖ ਨ ਕਾਈ ਤਾ ਸਬਦਿ ਕਹਾ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਈ ॥ Rūp na hoṯo rekẖ na kā▫ī ṯā sabaḏ kahā liv lā▫ī. When there was no form or shape, then how could anyone lovingly focus on the Shabad? Remember, that before any akaar, before creation, before duality, before "KAR" as in Ek-Ong-Kar,, Nirnakar was just the EK singularity. The "ong' resided in the un-manifest Almighty. He uttered the "word" and creation was made. (ਕੀਤਾ ਪਸਾਉ ਏਕੋ ਕਵਾਉ, Kīṯā pasā▫o eko kavā▫o.) Guruji says... ਰੂਪੁ ਨ ਰੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਤਿ ਨ ਹੋਤੀ ਤਉ ਅਕੁਲੀਣਿ ਰਹਤਉ ਸਬਦੁ ਸੁ ਸਾਰੁ ॥ Rūp na rekẖ▫i▫ā jāṯ na hoṯī ṯa▫o akulīṇ rahṯa▫o sabaḏ so sār. When there was no form or shape or social class, then the Shabad, in its essence, resided in the unmanifest Lord. Therefore, to get back to the singular Ek,.. to remove the 'kurai tutai pal',.. if one can hear the 'shabad', then that's what they need to attune to. To start seeing and connecting with the dristi of seeing brahm in the air around us, you need to tune into the shabad. as advised earlier to HisServant, the important recommendation is
  18. Whole world is in danger, since the whole world is asleep......... ਮਾਇਆ ਮੋਹਿ ਇਹੁ ਜਗੁ ਸੁਤਾ ॥ Mā▫i▫ā mohi ih jag suṯā. This world is asleep in emotional attachment to Maya. Getting back to topic,.. I find too much sleep quite damaging. It eats into a lot of your energies and I can end up feeling quite drained. On the other hand, I think that studies should consider other variables such as quality of sleep and environmental factors. I'm a firm believer that EMF's (electromagnetic forces)from appliances, gadgets and especially Wi-Fi .. have negative influences on sleep. Turn these off I've never looked into it much, but I also believe that for spirituality, you need exposure to full spectrum of direct sunlight(sun gazing) and complete darkness at sleep time. Both of these have been proven to stimulate pineal gland.
  19. Brahmgyan is the MANN, not the body. It's mann's avastha. Music is sacred and originates from the raags that come from various notes of naad (Waheguru's voice). True, music can be polluted in many ways with it's association and lyrics. But the mool and origins of saroop can never be polluted and one can connect to these higher vibrations of satch's voice at some lower avasthas than brahmgyan.
  20. Focus on the light and it should get still. If it doesn't stay steady, it could also be awakening of 3rd eye dristi. Either way, it's most probably the route to see parkash of nirankar. However, you must try and listen to anhad to get the full connection. If all this is happening whilst you are trying rom rom technique, then it's real good. It may all fall into place in an instant. Must continue working and slogging at it with prem. Shouldn't really be a shape or figure. Roop, na rekh, na rang. No form, shape or color. Again, if you focus on anhad dhun, it should still the mind further for better connection and dristi.
  21. Beautiful. The absolute Truth in every possible form for doing seva, sangat and simran.
  22. Yes bro, i have mentioned it. Don't worry, haven't forgotten an old mate from UK. I may have transformed from my old ways, but true people will always remain in my heart. Saying that, I'm glad that you've decided to take the bhagti marg... keep it up ...and keep on punching!
  23. wow. Excellent read. Enjoyed seeing bachitra natik-->eulogy of time!
  24. With regard to this thread and consciousness, there is a post from another thread that would be quite relevant here. It's my elaboration on Ek-ong-kar and how it ties in part with Hubble's Big bang theory and their understanding of "singularity" I was just amazed when I first realized this and couldn't help but envisage what Guru Nanak ji wrote on the slate to the panday with the explanation he would have given.
  25. These sound like energy rushes. It's easier to understand them if you're aware that there are 2 bodies. First is your physical body and then there is your subtle/sukham body. We have to try and maintain a balance or level of equilibrium between them. This way, you shall get a better grip of your sukham sareer. It seems that your sukham sareer is trying to run faster than your physical efforts. RULE 1: be positive,....in fact always be positive. No negative ''what if's?'', or "I have to stop" My suggestion would be "long saas saas" (as I call it) one that has worked for me and a couple of others I know. **Start off by just taking a real deep breath in and filling your chest up. Hold your breath and suspend the chest, and try to keep a stillness.(both physical and inner), be very relaxed, calm, motivated and in control...Then, when you feel comfortable and ready,....slowly,..let the breath out ,....real steady . Repeat this about 4 times OR until you feel that little space of inner stillness when suspending/holding. That was just the breathing, next is to bring in the gurmantar with breath in and breath out. Start off with a very steady and quiet "waaaaaaaaaaahheeeeee" whilst breathing in. Make sure it is a calm long inward breath pull that is NOT too forceful. Then, when you're at the end of "inhale", you need to jus 'pause" and just listen to the inner silence. Next you "exhale" with a steady, calm and long "gurrrroooooo". then when you get to the end "pause" again for a second or two "Waaaaheeee" on long inhale,....."pause" (hold chest, hold breath)....."Guuurooooo" on long exhale........."Pause" again at the end before next cycle of inhale. All jugtees and techniques aid in the opening of sukham energy channels. Some of these may already be open, whilst others may have been blocked for years. Nevertheless, the process is the same and as long as your intentions and aims are for the higher truth and higher frequencies, then no negatives should come in the way. True, some people can go down to vibrate more negative/dark and lower vibrations, but if your heart is right and you are using gurmantar or any other mantas from Sri Guru Granth sahib ji like sat-naam, raam naam, har naam..etc.... then you shouldn't have any worries. I feel that the calm, steady, long breath saas saas, will bear fruit for you. I went through phases like yourself, and when I started this little technique, I would motivate and psyche myself up mentally the night before. I'd repeatedly tell myself that I'm going to go deeper and deeper with every molecule of breath. Getting in this frame of mind before I'd go to sleep would get me all fired up at amrit vela. I'd get up at 2.30-3.00 am, read japji sahib and then go into the deepest simran that I possibly could. Seriously, it was in no time that I was having some profound experiences. Ok, I've not come across this before, so I can only speculate. Middle of the inside of head is an important area in later stages, but I've always been under the impression that it's advisable to have a solid foundation before going to that area? Still, I would say that If you feel energy there or feel some whirring around dasam area, then you have to go with the feel of it. If it feels uncomfortable, then try to ignore it and put dhyian elsewhere. My recommendation would be the navel or heart area. Why? because in these areas we have enormous amounts of physical/biological energies. I mean, our heart generates 60x more electromagnetic energy than the brain. When this is utilised and geared to making rom rom pargat,, then a whole bunch of doors and avenues can be unlocked. Therefore, I'd recommend you tryin to keep dhyian steady around navel or heart area.(middle of chest) Give these a try for a couple of weeks and good luck
