That’s amazing Sat I think you are very blessed. Do you feel the ananda too ? It’s better to cultivate gunas side by side Bandgi it helps lots of seva and Daya. Still you are incredibly fortunate. I too practice bandgi it’s very powerful. I have experienced stuff too I’m turning my visions to poetry on beloved Guru sahibans. Our Guru is so mysterious and wonderful. I don’t notice as closely as you I just sit in the aradhana.

The discipline of the mind is very important basically mind management. It happens with extreme daya, deep love, mantra and Shabad practice intensive, watching your thoughts checking them all the time like a monitor in the mind, practising patience and kindness with people and yourself. More and more Shabad. Checking anger and not letting it out. Be celibate as far as possible even in a marriage. Many ardas’s to the Guru. Mool mantra jap releases Daya swimming in it. Mool mantra and Ik Ongkar satgurprasad jap for Daya. Gobindey Mukundey mantra practice for Dhan spiritual and worldly and love.  I hope this helps I have a Babaji guiding me he is a repository of knowledge on the practice.

No I have not, but few months ago may have experienced it. I was doing simran in the early hours when I started going within, leaving body awareness. When my consciousness awoke on the other side, it could hear some jumbled sound and it immediately identified it as naam and my surti started listening to it somewhere in front of my forehead. As the surti listened it began to be taken along up but behind my head. There the sound was merging with a small white spot. However as my surti got close to the spot and tried to go through or touch the spot forcefully it would be pushed away like magnetic repulsion. My surti tried to move towards it multiple times. The repulsion was so strong my body was pushed forward and I began rocking back and forward as repeated attempts were made subconsciously to get closer to this white spot, moon whatever you want to call it.

After a few failed attempts I awoke from the state wondering what was happening as I was rocking backward and forward.

My teacher said your mind was still not pure and thoughtless enough that is why I never got closer or went through.

Mind is still the size of an <img src=">. More bhandagi required.

Do you practice saas saas Simran during the day?

Sometimes. Not as much as I should. Very easy to get pulled back into Maya and lose focus. But sometimes Waheguru ji does nadar and makes me remember to return back to his simran.

Sat and Lucky I just needed to consult you now this Nad you hear do you continue to do Jap when u hear the Nad or do you only hear the Nad? Does one hear the Nad after paying attention to the universal coo in the ears? Or is Nad born of intensive mental naam practice ? Sorry for asking and bothering you with my queries.

I’ve been trying to find a spiritual Sikh group but online because here in Switzerland, it’s impossible to form a spiritual group in person loll. My only physical Sangat here is my dad or a gurdwara which is located a bit far from where I live (one hour by car). My dream is to be part of a spiritual Sikh group chat where everybody would tell their experiences, progress, challenges etc.

That would be great. I live in India far away in a forest. The only Sikh spiritual company is Babaji when he visits. We should meet online and also plan meditation retreats where we can meet once a year and maybe we get a teacher. You guys could always meet Babaji but he is 85 and frail however he does seva in many places and is a rare mystic. Moreover he teaches. There maybe other Babaji’s to tap if they teach. Or it could be just the group we could exchange notes.

Interesting ideas, I have a teacher Sant Baba Amar Singh Ji but they’re not the type to teach everybody. I’m interested in knowing more about your teacher, what’s his avastha? Also, It would be hard for me to go to India once a year because of my studies, but a group chat would be pretty cool.

As much as I’d like to have calls, I’m super awkward, I can only understand and barely speak Punjabi sadly (Because I was born in an European country and wasn’t taught to speak Punjabi by my Punjabi dad).

It’s ok this group will form only when it does we can interact on this platform meanwhile. Babaji is of a very high avastha he is in Jap day and night. He also does seva all over the country, Babaji is very humble he lives in a small Kurtis in Anandpur sahib and has deep knowledge of the abhyasa side.

That's awesome man

Totally agree :D

I mentioned the simran technique of the pavan(pran/life force) and navel, because I was trying keep basic/simple as to mention the beginning step of ultat and ALSO because... somewhere (I can't find or locate) i came across an explanation ....saying that before we are born, the Mind comes first (jyot saroop) with shabad/word and through a series of process leads to pavan/pran(life force for sustenance), such that this pavan is via the navel and umbilical cord whilst in womb. It explained in such a manner, as to state that the para, pasanti, madhma and baikhri happens in reverse order as to how we approach it with simran ..ie.baikhri 1st, then madhma..etc

The pavan is what we have to save and bank in the right place to get going towards Waheguru ji.

Thanks for that link on kundalini rising because it is valuable in the manner it simplifies the explanations....brilliant ! (one of the best i've seen so far) :):D

I do lots of different mantras and shabads from Sikhi but gobindey mukundey is my basic practice. There is great Shakti in this mantra and it is beyond compare
