I have recruited her in the past to teach yoga at a Sikhi Camp. She is one of the few Kundalini teachers in the UK who is qualified to teach kids of all ages (as well as adults). The techniques/system they use to engage the kids is ingenious – the kids perform many yoga techniques without even knowing they are doing it – plus she is a really fun person, great with kids.
