Every creation including all the devtay, avtaars, trimurti and multitudes of other incarnations etc are under its spell. Kaal is sargun manifestation of Akaal. Does anybody doubt it? It's clear these bania are describing the same Brahman, though in Sri Kal Ustat the destructive kirtnaams are used along with ferocious imagery to ignite bir ras in the Gursikh who reads it. Namo Kaal Kale Jap Sahib Above guru sahib is saluting Kal as God saying that You are death of death. Meaning of kal is to be interpreted per context. He is a servant of Akal Purukh, and who under His Hukum, is administrating the triloki creation. All gods, prophets, incarnations, are his creations, his messengers to keep the creation going on, until, it is His mauj, to pack up the creation and abosorb all and everything into Him, just as in the initial stage. But while, the creation can go on for Yugas after Yugas, yet by His apaar kirpa, according to Gurbani, if anyone holds on only to just His one Nam (here no chaturaee, no rituals, no nonsense , or cheatings); then one can get up lifted from this mayavee perishable creation and reach Nijh Ghar of Sach Khand.
