nope. you can slander communities and they can't take you to court for slander. but if specific organisations or individuals are slandered, than they can be taken to court.

He is not slandering community he is clearly glorifying 1984 massacre. Its like saying second world war was good because majority of disputes of europe ended after that

People have very long memories, they do not forget very easily even if things are currently quiet. If given the right environment and opportunity, Sikhs will not make the same mistake they did in 1947 when they blindly trusted the words of professional liars who became future leaders of India. If circumstances in India were to ever appear like what they appeared in the last years of the Soviet Union or Yugoslavia I see no reason why Sikhs would remain with Delhi’s imperialistic setup, considering what Sikhs went through since 1947.

Actually very few people have long memory. Those who are unaffected by tragedies use to forget it easily and just engage themself in routine life.

Btw I agree with it that if soviet union like situation emerge then sikhs should safeguard their interest but there some questions what will be percentage of sikhs in Punjab in next 20-30-40 years

if it falls below 50% then it is going to be really tough for sikhs to ask for separate country or region with autonomous rights.Majority of times while discussing things about partition we use to forget that

at that biggest problem of sikhs was our small numbers,no sikh majority districts

That is not a problem bro. We don't want Hindustan to call us Apne either until they punish criminals like jagdish tytler and sajjan kumar who are butchers of the Sikhs. The day the army attacked Darbar Sahib was the day we stopped calling Hindustan as Apna. Until India decentralises itself from the current federal setup where the federal government has too much power over the states, India will continue to be plagued by separatist movements.

well what you want hindustan do for u is absolutely right, there is no mercy for those bastards, do u feel i as a sikh will ever forgive them ? will i ever forget the govt of india for those scars ? can a sikh do that ?

but we need to see things in another way, this land is ours ever corner of hindustan belongs to us, our forefathers have given their blood and lives to make this hindustan.

we will have to change our ways of displaying our feelings, our shoutings for khalistan will drown our screams for punishing the gulity.

the world will see us just as they see a afghani or a paki, are we so uncivlised ? has our Dasmesh Pita taught us this ?

no point in asking for a country, nobody will give it to you. Maharaj said as much.

highlihting india's kartootan to cause international pressure so that they at least offer decent compensation or jail some of those responsible may have worked... but in the present economic atmosphere with countries sucking up to india for trade deals it's unlikely.

Gurbani says that the Lord's grindstone may turn slowly, but the powder that is made of the evildoers is exceedingly fine. It's just a matter of time before they get their comeuppance.

Sant ji said that one day nishaan sahib will fly on lal killa, we will have our justice.
