Avoid heart attack by being made of iron.

The point of non veg being bad for heart is a lie. Only read top part of interview.

Was about to say protein and less processed sugar and there you go that's what she said.

Best thing is to structure lifestyle for more activity.

For exampld I would walk 4k to school in good weather because it felt good. I lost weight, I would walk around school and talk to different people.

Meant I was walking 10 12 k which ever day I went to high school.

So at least 2 or 3 days normally. If all the health advice tells you you're gonna look like Baba Deep Singh Ji Shahid by sitting there well..

Just be out there, as in extroverted towards the planet. You'll look like a putt of Dasmesh pita but as long as it's not your goal. When it is you start doing stupid stuff,

Leave the aesthetics and do it for the benefit.

Ie I could strong, now my punch can break a brick wall.

Or I got strong, my punch can break red fort and break like onion the head of next India Gandhi/tyrant.

If you focus so much on numbers, you going nowhere.

I was considered healthy weight at 180 and 6 2 but was skinny.

At 240 I'm a bit big but gabru now. U bulked now I cut, that's how you get like a tank. Read bodybuilding .com.

Don't take the woman's advice (ffeminine) of eating celery slow, and doing stretching mantra with some dvd.

Only thing that will do is make your parts fall off like a chota with a rope around it.

Recently, I've noticed that there are lot of people who are taking the following formula but almost everyone I know of is preparing the formula in a very wrong way. Secondly, I've also noticed that even on the internet number of websites have mentioned it wrong. So, here is what I think should be correct:

Formula to prevent and remove blockages from Heart; prevent bypass surgery or stents

Mix the following juices in EQUAL quantity and then take ONE TABLESPOON of this mixture in the morning (empty stomach but remember to drink some water before taking this) and ONE TABLESPOON 15 minutes before dinner. The best thing is to pour this mixture in half or full glass of water and then take it, otherwise it is somewhat strong.

Specially for men, the amount of Garlic Juice could be reduced as compared to other juices. e.g 1 cup each of Ginger, Lemon, Apple Cedar Vinegar, Honey, but for Garlic mix only 3/4 cup.

- Raw Organic Ginger Juice (cut, blend, and press using cloth to get juice)
- Raw Organic Garlic (cut, blend, and press using cloth to get juice)
- Raw Organic Lemon (Press to get juice)
- Raw, Unheated, Unprocessed, Unfiltered Honey
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother (Bragg brand is good)

Do NOT use bottled juices, always use fresh things and get juice from them.

Any of the ingredients listed below should NOT be heated in any way. It is where I find people boiling the ginger, garlic, vinegar, lemon which is NOT correct. Again do NOT boil any ingredient.

The above mentioned formula could be taken continously for 60-70 days; after that give it a break of 10 days and then restart.
