i know of one person in India who started up a local india charity that supports educational fees for children that live in nearby slums to him. you can see his facebook page here:

Are there any sangat on this forum that know of any slums/areas where childrens, family can do with extra support for education? Maybe we can do something similar?

I am a web designer in the U.K and can create a donation website for sponsoring children.

Just throwing out some ideas and suggestions :)
