Which one to use ?

Satguru Shabad Sidhi Bhandar by Sant Seetal Singh or Sharda Puran Granth Bhai Mani Singh Wala.?

Because both granths have different prescriptions of shabads , and different vidhis for same shabads, and different number of repetitions.

Has anyone personally used a shabad from that granth ?
