I have listened to guided meditations in the mp3 cd..hemkunt and sri harminder sahib guided meditation is brillant..whole mp3 cd is brilliant way for beginners to start off meditation, relax one's mind which is always thinking and having thoughts... it relaxes towards openness and receptivity and dawning of grace unfolding itself.....i think there should be more of this stuff as mainstream lacks sikhi spiritual guided meditation aspect in it.
