Whaeguru Je Ka Khalsa Whaeguru Je Ka Fateh. Hello folks, my name is Jasdeep, and I am a new time member here. I am a Sikh, and its good to talk to other members of my community. I got one question, and I am just a young boy, but what will happen to us after death. Other religions talk about heaven and hell, and reincarnation, I believe in both. But, what do us Sikhi believe about, after death? I understand about Mukti, (Salvation), and I want to help other people. I got another question as well, can someone show me some science in the Guru Granth, I am interested. As religion has lots of science and I love it. I read in the Guru Granth, that it said that there are billions of universes, and stars. One of the gurus said that, " There are other life on other planets". Which is correct, as they found bacteria in other planets. But, I am interested in looking for more science.

Brief Highlights of Sri Garuda Puraan:

Quote

 Garuda Puran explains about life after death. It is written by social scientists to create psychological fear to govern the society. There is no heaven and hell as per Author. Each human bio machine contains bio chip, which is known as Chitra Gupt. Bio chip not only records information what it sees and listens but also it records information what ever we think. Capacity to store data of this bio chip can be increased or decreased with the help of energy in milli ampers in bio machines. After death bio chip is taken by messengers of Bio Chip Master or expert in bioinformatic, who decode this bio chip and sends back to take birth as per requirement to run this universe. This Bio Chip is near heart known as Atman Ram and it s duplicate is in mind / brain. We shall soon prove scientifically within 50 years that rebirth is possible by bioinformatic knowledge. We may develop methods to remove and engrave this bio chip from one human bio machine to the other new bio machine. Growth or scientific development can not be imagined as on today. Our sages have tried to explain this all scientific knowledge in Vedas. Garuda Puran is only explaining those developments by a story writing method.

Here is another great shabad in gurbani by bhagat pipa:

Pīpā.
Peepaa:

Kā▫ya▫o ḏevā kā▫i▫a▫o ḏeval kā▫i▫a▫o jangam jāṯī.
Within the body, the Divine Lord is embodied. The body is the temple, the place of pilgrimage, and the pilgrim.

Kā▫i▫a▫o ḏẖūp ḏīp na▫ībeḏā kā▫i▫a▫o pūja▫o pāṯī. ||1||
Within the body are incense, lamps and offerings. Within the body are the flower offerings. ||1||

Kā▫i▫ā baho kẖand kẖojṯe nav niḏẖ pā▫ī.
I searched throughout many realms, but I found the nine treasures within the body.

Nā kacẖẖ ā▫ibo nā kacẖẖ jā▫ibo rām kī ḏuhā▫ī. ||1|| rahā▫o.
Nothing comes, and nothing goes; I pray to the Lord for Mercy. ||1||Pause||

Jo barahmanḏe so▫ī pinde jo kẖojai so pāvai.
The One who pervades the Universe also dwells in the body; whoever seeks Him, finds Him there.

Pīpā paraṇvai param ṯaṯ hai saṯgur ho▫e lakẖāvai. ||2||3||
Peepaa prays, the Lord is the supreme essence; He reveals Himself through the True Guru. ||2||3||
