Sat Sri Akal,

I have some confusion about how, when and where to use sihare and oankar in Gurbani.

Eg. In satnaam we don'ty use sihari. In Waheguru, we use aeda at H  instead of sihari. While pronouncing Guru prasad, we say Gur parsad.

If Sihari and oankhar is to be used, it might be used with all words and if it's silent then it would be silent with all words.

I would appreciate if any one elaborate it.

Regards

Jasjit Singh
