I did find their India number from their website and I will try to contact them. I don't know what to say on the phone, but seems like Brig. Sahib is of a very high avastha. Partap Singh Ji, passed away to Sachkhand last year. The wonderful mission of Guru Nanak Data Baksh Leh has been taken over by their son Harshvir Singh Ji.
