Sexual Abuse in the Sikh community

Im fairly new to the Sikh awareness site but hopeful that someone here can help me. My husband and I both started getting into Sikhi a few years ago after visiting some family in Canada and going to a divaan there. The parcharak there was a young 'Bhai' from the UK who did katha in English. We have been taking the time to listen to his katha online because it is easy to understand. My teenage son has since started reading his Japjee Sahib da paat and tying a domala. Yesterday my husband was sent a link to a Youtube video which aimed to "expose" this 'Bhai' as a sexual predator. My sangat is limited and unaware of any related incidents. Does anyone know if there is any truth to a prominent Sikh figure from the UK being involved in cases of sexual abuse? Im concerned because my son listens to his hukamnama translations daily and wants to meet him next time he visits the US and I would need to ease him out of following this man if the allegations are true

You could contact Bhai Mohan Singh Ji from Sikh awareness society. He is recently in talk shows and raising awareness on topics like sexual abuse, domestic violence or grooming etc.  I am sure he would be able to help you or direct you on the right path.

Can you please tell us the name of that "Bhai" from UK? Is he linked to the AKJ? Please look at the link below. Is his name mentioned on this list below?

Bro, you know you've been pulling up some ancient threads where the OPs haven't even logged in since posting. For me it feels weird responding to people I feel are no longer checking their posts?? You can check when someone has last logged in by going to their profile page. It says it there.

The advice I'd give everyone here is DO NOT START IDOLISING PARCHARAKS - NO MATTER HOW GOOD THEY ARE! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN GO NEAR WHAT ARE ESSENTIALLY STRANGERS, WHERE THEY CAN BE VULNERABLE. HELL, PREDATORS CAN EVEN BE WITHIN YOUR OWN FAMILY AND SOCIAL CIRCLES.  TEENAGERS CAN BE ESPECIALLY VULNERABLE (EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATABLE) DUE TO HORMONE STUFF. 

To be honest (and this is my straight up, true opinion), in this day and age, if any adults actually don't know this or need reminding - they must be f**king retarded to start with. Shouldn't be allowed to have kids.
